Posted December 16, 200816 yr Here is my first moc since joining the forums, its an 8x16 snowed in scene cut out into the 'action'. Partly inspired by the simpsons episode but not meant to represent it. After being stuck for weeks, canabilism was the only answer to get the energy to try to dig out. A search rescue is also looking for any signs of life. I hope this is posted in the right part of the forum, sorry if it isnt. I dont think i've used any rare parts but thought i'd upload it anyway MrChris
December 16, 200816 yr Nice, but is the search person going to fall through the snow on the poor cannibal's head?
December 17, 200816 yr This is excellent! I love the snow tunnel as the minifig digs his way out. This may find it's way to Classic.Town.net as part of the Countdown to Christmas. Thanks for sharing and I hope you continue to build these great scenes!
December 17, 200816 yr Nice piece of creation! I am being curious. Who is the person, eventually rot into just a pile of bones.
December 17, 200816 yr That's a beautiful little winter MOC you made. My favorite part has to be the snow cavern, you made it really well and it adds so much to the MOC. The small section of interior is very nice as well with the little fireplace and the creepy skeleton. Excellent work on this!
December 17, 200816 yr Nice job, and funny too. Coming from the northern part of the world, I have experienced my share of snow... Haven't eaten anybody yet, but one never knows...
December 19, 200816 yr Very cool indeed, and in such a wintry MOC, the word "cool" can't be stressed enough. I love the idea of the house being snowed in with the guy digging out, a classic comical situation rendered in brick.
December 19, 200816 yr This brings back memories of 1998, when there was a terrible blizzard where I was living at the time. We didn't have to eat anybody, but I do remember having to dig a tunnel to get outside-- this moc really captures that feeling brilliantly! I'm very impressed, particularly since this is your first one in such a long time!
