I only have the clone with green markings magnet figure (bought from Bricklink to have all colorings of EpIII clones), and it is a perfect figure. The quality and printing is exactly the same as my other clones and any other regular minifigs, the only difference, as stated, was that you can't take the legs off. But who really cared about that, especially for a clone? Not me.

Replying to what someone said in another thread recently about the Yoda, Dooku, Mace set, the minifigures were not standard quality, at least mine. Yoda actually was, being the normal tan color with equally normal legs. But the other too have a milkier, less rich color throughout. The dark tan is a hazy color, not crisp like dark tan on Dr. Jones for example, and the flesh color and black on Dooku are much less rich than the normal LEGO of those shades. I may still purchase more magnets in the future if they come with awesome, hard to find figs like those three, but I certainly won't expect full quality figs.

The Darth Vader in the magnet chest plate is more dull compared to a shinier chest plate for a real darth vader minifigure. But they do look like real minifigures if you don't observe the details.

so, i purchased the yoda, mace, dooku pack. and i feel like all the figures plastic is cheap. maybe the heads are legit. on the back it says made in denmark/china.

on the uppers there is no black mark on the neck part, and the legs on them flex.

the worker at the lego store said they are exactly the same quality...

any other thoughts?

so it seams like mainly the legs are junk. the heads seam the same.
I don't think so, at least not for me. My CW Mace Windu magnet set minifig's head is very tight on the neck pole of the torso. So tight that there's a white stress mark on the lower part of the head (I can try to take a picture of it tomorrow if you want). :sceptic:

Also, if you look at the top of the minifig heads, the molding marks are much larger than the ones you see in regular minifigs.

The good thing though is that TLG seems to have rectified the bad quality in the 2010 magnet sets. :sweet:

Does anyone know if the LEGO Magnets stick to adhesive magnetic tape perpendicular to the length of the tape? Most tapes have 3-5 magnetic poles and I fear the LEGO Magnets don't stay aligned because they are also magnetic.

I want to make a large podium for all my minifigs and put them on display on LEGO Magnets and don't want to buy 30m of tape without knowing for sure if they stick nicely on it.
