The problem with Zellers though is no one goes there to buy toys so they're alway stocked up with the expensive and unliked sets and all the good sets sell out fast (e.g. There are still at least 30 Hyena Bombers left at my Zellers)

Same problem at my zellers .They have no new 2009 sets and all the halff decent sets i already have or are in the 69.99 and over range

Good old zellers! I've probly wasted 80 bucks on gas looking for the new SW sets and the only place that had em was zellers. I picked up the Snail Tank and the venator yesterday, but my girlfriend wont let me open them until the "zellers buy one LEGO set and get the other half price" sale comes on... :hmpf_bad:

They usually do that sale during the summer, but this year they're probably going to do it because of the economic downturn :cry_sad:

I am used to the time difference now, Kelowna is a nice place, we might be going out to the lake today, I am enjoying being in Canada, just trying to work out the small change, a bit confusing for a Brit.

I know it may be a little late but theres a really nice lake around vernon called kalimalka lake, no lake weed, and the colour of the lake changes during different seasons. Very clean too.

Anyways, does anyone know the amount of days you have before you cant to return something to Zellers?, I'm thinking 30 days.

I'm pretty sure that's correct, I'll check to see if I have a receipt for you though.

If you pay for it without using an HBC Mastercard/Gift card, then you have 30 days to return it for your money back. If you return it after that, then they refund it onto a gift card. I'm not certain how much time you have after that, though. That's all assuming it's not opened.

If you don't have a reciept they will give store credit for how much they sell it for at the time of returning it. I think you can do that after the 90 days are over too.

I went to the Wal-Mart Supercentre (Warden & Eglinton) and they had every set except the impulses and BPs. As a matter of fact, they couldn't fit all the Lego in one aisle. :classic:

Nope. All of the small sets always sell out really fast because they are so affordable :cry_sad:

My Walmart has plenty summer sets, particularly SW, but Echo Base has been sold out every time I've been there. :cry_sad: They say they're getting shipments in every day to prepare for Christmas (early much?) but the good sets get sold out pretty quick. :sceptic:

I got ambush in cairo today its a wicked set!

finnally after allllll summmer ITS HERE IN EDMONTON!

Awesome! I really like the set too. Why can't SW have 14 dollar sets with that amount of new- minifigure-awesomeness? :cry_sad:

The evil that is Walmart had the big Redcoats set marked down to $40 - but I still refuse to buy there (former employee hatred... :hmpf_bad:)

Mine once had it marked down to 55$ (10$ off). I left, came back the next week and paid full price. :hmpf_bad: Why don't you like Wal-mart? They sell everything...only it's all made in India...or Taiwan..or China...and they don't know jack about any of it...

That's weird, the Wal-Mart Supercenter and my local Wal-Mart both had 4-5 Hoth sets left. :sceptic: And BTW, Ahsoka's Starfighter went back to $45 :hmpf_bad:

@ Lt. Col. Thok: I think you should make an exception just this once.
