April 1, 201014 yr Yes. It is not posted anywhere, at all, but if you scan any set, it shows up. I got Fight for the Dagger and Buzz's Command Ship for $67.78 including tax. Wow thats good news. At first i thought it was either a bug in the system since its not advertised. Thanks for confirming, i'll check tommorow and see if theres any prince of persia sets and report back.
April 1, 201014 yr I won't be albe to get to a local TRU, or any store that sells Lego till Tuesday! But I will get those PoP sets, I will...
April 1, 201014 yr I'm pretty sure it doesn't apply to Lego...BUT, there is an additional 25% off previously reduced toys, including Lego (i.e. the set you get 1/2 off in the BOGO sale, maybe) I'll swear, it was 25% off on almost everything in the store, Including Lego! TRU once had a "But 1, Get One Free, $99.99 And Down" sale, no joke Edited April 1, 201014 yr by Ratshot
April 1, 201014 yr I'm heading into the city todfay, hopefully I can the OSTRICH Race. OSTIRCHES OSTRICHES OSTRICHES!
April 2, 201014 yr I'm going to Zellers now, but my parents won't let me get any Lego Was there anything good at Zellers? I wanted to go but today wasn't payday.
April 2, 201014 yr Was there anything good at Zellers? I wanted to go but today wasn't payday. They have prince of persia. I bet the sale ends today (new sale starts every friday). Its probably a glitch with the sales as they usually do all lego instead of only selected themes.
April 2, 201014 yr Was there anything good at Zellers? I wanted to go but today wasn't payday. I didn't go to the toys section, but PoP was probably there.
April 2, 201014 yr Sale has ended like i expected. Scan the items and BOGO 1/2 did not show up. I did however manage to grab a London drugs flier and bring it to Zellers for price match 20% off.
April 4, 201014 yr I just realized that we Canadians seem to have only the smaller two of the 2010 Power Miners sets, are we getting the other two? I was hoping to get my hands on them without having to buy of the internet.

April 4, 201014 yr I think the other 2 are uk exclusive. Nope. My friend in USA has both of the bigger sets.
April 6, 201014 yr That sucks! I would love to go to one, but most are too far away. Someone should start one. Volunteers? Someone should start one, I would probably try to help.
April 7, 201014 yr Someone should start one. Volunteers? It'd take a lot of effort to start one, including learning about event management, etc. There would also be many costs associated with it.
April 7, 201014 yr It'd take a lot of effort to start one, including learning about event management, etc. There would also be many costs associated with it. We can do it in my basement, but I think there will be space for only 15 people with all the displays. Edited April 7, 201014 yr by prateek
April 7, 201014 yr It'd take a lot of effort to start one, including learning about event management, etc. There would also be many costs associated with it. We can start small by renting a church basement or rec hall somewhere near a convenient TTC route. Maybe free admission for those bringing their Lego to display to drive content. Charge a small admission fee to cover the rental, liability insurance and event advertisement costs. Have a vendor booth fee for those who wish to sell stuff at the show. Also look for sponsors to help offset costs.
April 13, 201014 yr Greetings from a non-Canadian. I'd like to know what the best Lego store in Toronto is, i.e. stocks exclusives (like the Tantive and Imperial Flagship). I was thinking TRU, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Edited April 13, 201014 yr by VMLN8R
April 13, 201014 yr Someone should start one. Volunteers? Hmm... I would, but about all there'd be is Star Wars and Indy.

Thanks Toys R Us is probably the best, but they don't have Imperial Flagship, mostly Star Wars and Action Themes in the way of bigger sets, no exclusives.
