I was at the mall yesturday and it was rather pathetic the selection that wal-mart and Zellers had (no more than ten boxes of Lego each ). TRU was alright it had all the Toy Story sets *except Army Men on Patrol which it was sold out), still bought two Atlantis sets and the Traveler impluse though.

Does anyone know when the new airport sets are coming out?

I hope the TRU gets the flagship because their is no lego shops near me to get it, and I don't feel like ordering it. Canada is tied 2-2 with America.

There aren't any Lego stores in Canada . I'm afraid you'll probably have to end up ordering it; TRU doesn't usually stock large or exclusive sets, of which this set is both.

I tried Zellers they only had new racers, no new Toy story. I also checked Walmart but they had no more than 10 sets of lego there.

Well actually before Christmas they sometimes do they had the Emerald Night Train Grand Carousel and LAAT Dropship and Walker at my local store. Maybe next Christmas they might start stalking this years special sets again .

Im happy with the purchase I made at Toys "R" Us today, I bought the lego city small car! Its so cool!

I went to my local Toys'r'Us today. The pickings were pretty slim. It didn't look like they restocked after Christmas. There were shelves full of Sports Cars and Garages. I saw a couple of Bull Dozers and not much else for City. It was a rather disappointing trip. I guess that's why they printed selection may vary by store in the ads.

My local TRU was down to about 10% of there usual Lego stock by December 22nd, they told my Mom that they weren't going to restock the shelves until the middle of January! That's 3 whole weeks with no Lego in the store, crazy eh?

Yikes. I have a save $10 Lego @ TRU card. I would like to use it before it expires at the end of January. I wonder if they timed it that way.

I went to another Toys'r'Us today and they have the Wind Turbine Transport on the shelves. I grabbed it. It came out to around $61 with the 20% City sale and $10 savings card. It is going to be a fun weekend.
