BlueDragonZ Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 Uhm, you do realize there is more to British Columbia than Greater Vancouver right? How about Kaboodles which has stores in Vancouver and Victoria. Here in Victoria there is also Cherry Bomb Toys, BC Shavers and Hobbies, Buddies Toy Store in Oak Bay. I'll have to let people from Nanaimo, Kelowna, Prince George and elsewhere fill in their stores. p.s. Langley is part of the "Lower Mainland". I tottally forgot about kaboodles but I never went there before. Sorry, I was basically refering to toy stores in the lower main land. Langley is part of lower main land but very far from the city center (even farther than surrey ) But thanks for the tip. I went to Victoria before and its a nice place. Lucky you guys have double decker buses there. Quote
Legorski Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 There are a few other stores where you can find Lego at as well:Lasting Toys in Mississauga London Toy Shoppe in London, Ont. Miss Tiggy Winkles stores in the Ottawa area Winners (haven't seen much there lately, but sometimes get lucky) I was in the Square One Zellers in Mississauga and they were stacked with all the new 2010 sets. One whole aisle. The Loblaws near me has hardly anything. The new Tow Truck is there but it is $21.99! And I would think there are more than 2 employees at Lego Canada Wicked, I gotta get to square one, Must buy more Lego! XD To Zellers of I go! Quote
legomaniac83 Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 Wicked, I gotta get to square one, Must buy more Lego! XDTo Zellers of I go! If you are coming to Mississauga, go to Lasting Toys too. They are just a Lego retailer. They have sets from this year, and older sets, some 10-15 years old! I am actually surprised that people don't know about this place..... Quote

I would suggest going to Toysrus first before zellers if your planning on getting star wars, indiana jones or power miners. They currently have a buy 1 get 1 50% off sale this week. Quote

No cheques or credit card. They have walls of stuff. Quote

Ricecracker Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 How are the prices? Great. The prices aren't the best on their website, but are less in person. Mike, who I believe is the owner, is a member on Eurobricks. Quote
Alex the Great Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 (edited) I haven't been to Missisaga that many times, but I got to go to that store next time I go. Thanks for the tip. EDIT: The Imperial Flagship is now $199 at LEGO S@H, I might buy it soon. Edited February 6, 2010 by Alex the Great Quote

BlueDragonZ Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 Are you guys pumped for the Olympics this Friday? Ya its on Valentine's Day too . Theres lots of road closures in Downtown Vancouver now. My SO used to live in Saskatoon. Which parts of Saskatchewan did you visit? How do you like the cold weather? London drugs just finished their 20% off lego sale recently. BTW which part of BC are you from? I used to live in Victoria. Last item I got from London Drugs was a $99 GPS. Edited February 9, 2010 by dr_spock Quote

Or if your close by, you can drive. Takes 3 hours from Seeatle, Washington USA, 1 hour from Bellingham, Washington USA and around 18? hours from calgary, Alberta. Quote

Takes 3 hours from Seeatle, Washington USA, 1 hour from Bellingham, Washington USA and around 18? hours from calgary, Alberta. I'm originally from Toronto, so I've only used Air Canada to travel domestic. From Japan, Air Canada takes care of the flights from ANA. Cathay Pacific is an amazing airline. I've loved them every time I've used them, but they cost a bit more. Ah, airline talk, so exciting Quote
BlueDragonZ Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Sounds crazy out there, Air Canada has doubled the price for a flight in to Vancouver.
