Yes. It is not posted anywhere, at all, but if you scan any set, it shows up. I got Fight for the Dagger and Buzz's Command Ship for $67.78 including tax.

Wow thats good news. At first i thought it was either a bug in the system since its not advertised. Thanks for confirming, i'll check tommorow and see if theres any prince of persia sets and report back.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't apply to Lego...

BUT, there is an additional 25% off previously reduced toys, including Lego (i.e. the set you get 1/2 off in the BOGO sale, maybe)

I'll swear, it was 25% off on almost everything in the store, Including Lego!

TRU once had a "But 1, Get One Free, $99.99 And Down" sale, no joke :pir-sceptic:

Was there anything good at Zellers? I wanted to go but today wasn't payday.

They have prince of persia. I bet the sale ends today (new sale starts every friday). Its probably a glitch with the sales as they usually do all lego instead of only selected themes.

I didn't go to the toys section, but PoP was probably there.

I just realized that we Canadians seem to have only the smaller two of the 2010 Power Miners sets, are we getting the other two? I was hoping to get my hands on them without having to buy of the internet.

I think the other 2 are uk exclusive.

Someone should start one. Volunteers?

It'd take a lot of effort to start one, including learning about event management, etc. There would also be many costs associated with it.

We can do it in my basement, but I think there will be space for only 15 people with all the displays.:tongue:

We can start small by renting a church basement or rec hall somewhere near a convenient TTC route. Maybe free admission for those bringing their Lego to display to drive content. Charge a small admission fee to cover the rental, liability insurance and event advertisement costs. Have a vendor booth fee for those who wish to sell stuff at the show. Also look for sponsors to help offset costs.

Greetings from a non-Canadian.

I'd like to know what the best Lego store in Toronto is, i.e. stocks exclusives (like the Tantive and Imperial Flagship). I was thinking TRU, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks :classic:

Toys R Us is probably the best, but they don't have Imperial Flagship, mostly Star Wars and Action Themes in the way of bigger sets, no exclusives. :classic:
