Majek Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 Hello Simple western vignette. A gold rush is a period of feverish migration of workers into the area of a dramatic discovery of commercial quantities of gold. Deeplinks: 1 2 3 4 5 Please leave a comment :) ~Majek Quote
Dennimator Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 That´s a really nice MOC! A nice use of SNOT water. I´ve never learned to make that... Quote
MoonCheese Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 (edited) That´s a really nice MOC!A nice use of SNOT water. I´ve never learned to make that... Me, I don't have the requisite brick. It amazes me how people amass huge quantities of a particular non-mundane brick type, like tall slopes, tiles, or just about anything green or brown. I'm guessing Bricklink. I just placed my second Bricklink order ever recently. (Edit: Sorry, I thought it was tiles before, although it still applies to me for the green and brown) Excellent little MOC! Is that a sprue? I guess I'm not the only one who uses those...I like the tree and foliage too. I want to make a tree like that... Edited December 30, 2008 by MoonCheese Quote
Klaus-Dieter Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 That's a very nice vignette, Majek! I really like the landscape and the minifigs. Very well done! Klaus-Dieter Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I like it, the water, the landscape, the 'gold rush' idea... it's great. Quote
Fordo Jumping Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 lovely little vignette the water you in the pot is impressive the tree you made is quite pretty and those plants details are awesome, too Quote
JimBee Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Nice little MOC, I haven't seen any Western vigs in a while. The thing that always reminds me most of the Wild West is the gold rush, and you've illustrated that mental picture of mine perfectly. Great use of that piece that holds the gold coins together, I'm glad I keep those kind of things. Quote
