So, I just went to Legos website and went to the replacement part section. I chose the "Lost Part" category, assuming that you had to pay for the lost parts, which I was ok with. I went there to order some shields, weapons, and minifig parts for myy dwarves and trolls. I filled out the information page, assuming it would take me to the payment page. No such luck. I have sent an email to Lego to cancel the order simply because getting replacement parts for free even though I did not lose them is stealing.

So, does anybody know how, besides an email, to cancel replacement part orders?

I believe that is the only way. If you do get them, and you feel guilty, then just send them back, as all lego items recieved from online will come with a return label.

Hm, early last year I ordered a Race for the Stolen Treasure set, and one of the Germans was missing his hat. I went online for a replacement part, filled everything out, and never got a reply or confirmation or anything like that. On a side note, when I ordered the set, it never came. I never got an E-mail saying there was a problem, or anything. My credit card never got billed, so I re-ordered and I finally got it, two months after the original order. And the hat was missing, and I never got a replacement. This is also when I stopped buying from S@H.

I never got replacements, so I'm not sure you'll get any of your pieces, but I wish you best of luck. :classic:

Well when I ordered parts, you fill out the required info and get an e-mail a few days later stating the price and how and where you can pay.

I once ordered lost parts and all I got was an auto-reply message, and that was it. I was starting to wonder what happened and few days later my parts came in. So if you haven't already checked your inbox, there should be e-mail from LEGO.
