Well, lego2000 has a very good point. Anime-posers aren't a good thing. Except Teen Titans.

For real. Everyone else needs to stop.

I'm not feeling this. The designs are average at best. I understand that this generation has a love affair with anime, but these designs are pretty bad. In fact, they seem like a poor attempt to capitalize on a market trend without really understanding it.

Heh... like Todd McFarlane's crappy "manga Spawn" lines... ugh. Kill me NOW.

These Exo-Force sets are just the same, boring, poorly executed character design / configuration nightmares that I come to expect from Lego's "Master Builders".

But I think they make things full of suck on purpose, so consumers feel better when they moc.

As far as parts, I'm diggin' these sets.

Anything trans is ok in my book. Add a LIGHT and we're talkin' business!

Anyone know if the light-up brick is new, or if it's batteries can be replaced?

If they can't, I'll be one pissed off hombre.

Meh, I'm kinda afraid these will be changed when they get to Europe because they may be considered to violent...I only like the MF anyway...think I might pick up some of the cheaper sets, they seem to have some useful pieces :)

how can they be considered violent?

The latest issue of LEGO Magazine in the Uk has an Exo-force preview. It shows the white and blue mechas in the forgroud, and two others in the backgound. You can also see the figs more clearly.

Toys in Britain often get neutered... remember the no-nunchuks crap with TMNTurtles?

I think there's anti-toy gun issues too.

Like the Dino sets WE got in America have launchers and guns, whereas THEY get cages... and much "softer" reasons as to why dinos are being attacked.

(Can someone from Britain elaborate further? I'm curious...)

Like, what are the laws regarding toys in Britain EXACTLY?

The nunchuks thing was because nunchuks were (might still be) banned in the UK.

Hense them also being cut from GAME OF DEATH!
