Erdbeereis Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 I'm making LEGO-themed cards for an autism benefit at my local tennis club, so I thought making minifig versions of the club pros would be appropriate. Thanks! Quote
KimT Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Perhaps you should consider printing the racket strings... Quote
Erdbeereis Posted January 11, 2009 Author Posted January 11, 2009 It's called "abstract". I wish LEGO would make a good tennis raquet. Or do they make a Belville version? Quote
Lloyd Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 (edited) I wish LEGO would make a good tennis raquet. Or do they make a Belville version? This is the only LEGO Tennis Racket available: www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=bb237 And I doubt you want that... -Lloyd Edited January 11, 2009 by Lloyd Quote

Brickthing Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Maybe you should use lime-green studs for the tennis balls instead of the transparent ones? IMO, the bats are tennis rackety enough without the decals. If you're going to be using them on a LEGO tennis court, people should get what they are from the context. Quote
General Armendariz Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Those are some nice tennis rackets. Hey The one second to the right is Me! Quote
Derek Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 I'm shocked no one has mentioned this, but what is the deal with the carrot? Quote
Erdbeereis Posted January 11, 2009 Author Posted January 11, 2009 I'm shocked no one has mentioned this, but what is the deal with the carrot? I was wondering who would be the first to point it out! That pro is both a vegetarian, and a big goofball, so I thought it was fitting. Quote
