I beleive the character with the most misprints in all of SW has been 1999-2000?(3?) stormtrooper. Yeah, the thing I don't really care about the clone faces, you can't see em'. However I do care about the helmets, because of the misprints, my younger brother and I have named all of them and can notify them faster than you can say...bkhujotfcgregutnjgik. :) JK

all chewys are the same. i checked my stock and BL too. printing is only on the belt and nose.

I think what he is about with the Chewy fig is that the black nose dot might be a little too low so its more on the lip than nose.

I've seen that too. But some of mine are still not misprinted and I agree I think they were rushed

I noticed that also. i have 8 left and rights. Weird.

Maybe it's not a misprint if it comes up that regular. Maybe the battlepacks are suppose to include them.

Yes, it's printed under the nose, making it look like the mustache of a certain german dictator.

Couldnt miss this one when it came in.

I'll have to take another closer look at my minfigures to see if there's more like the clones and compare newer with older versions. Never really watched them that closely to be honest.

Here is a misprint of Scout Troopers from set #7128, Speeder Bikes. I recently purchased this set unopened from ebay two summers ago. When I opened it, I noticed that one of the Scout Troopers torsos were faded. I was really disappointed. Well, here is the picture!

You can see the Scout Trooper on the left is faded. I am not sure why though?

In my 1999 lightsaber duel, there are black smudges all over Qui-Gon's torso and there are white and dark red smudges on Darth Maul's face.

Poor trooper! He can't see anything. They must've run out of ink. This should be worth quite a bit!

I doubt that.

This might be a misprint, but a lot of people are making loads of money by using brasso to remove the prints and then resell the parts as misprints.

But I think that BL's buyers are becoming aware of this obvious fraud.

Why would they run out of ink?

It's probably more a question of an unprinted box of helmets being misplaced or the helmet slipping through the printing machine without being printed.

Here is a picture from my upcoming Gungan Sub review. It shows my Gungan sub Qui-Gun, who really messed up shaving.

I have also seen a Qui-Gon who's eyebrows were too low which made him look really angry. But it was my friend's Qui-Gon, so I do not have pictures

Now that's just mean.....Although he actually doesn't have any color in his eyes.....

I'm sorry if this has been known, but I think the left-looking eyes on clones might be normal. I just bought Four more Clone Battle packs, and there was one left-looking head in each pack. Just seems too perfect...

Also, one of the Clone Gunners had the gray stripes on his helmet too low, but I am not sure it is worth taking pictures of.

Also sorry to 'dig up' this thread after a month.

My Clone BP is perfectly normal, but the Clone in the AAT I just bought is right-looking.

OOOHHH!!! EXCITING ive had BAD printing on 7655 battle packs before but NEVER anything like NO Clone printing

Im gonna check my CW clones and see if they have any miss prints like eyes to the left and eyes to the right then if I dom, I can charge more when I sell em

I have some EPII clones from the original gunship which similarly have faded torso's. I have no recollection of them being out in the sun. When I get round to it I'll take a pic and post it up.

My clone gunner's helmet printing is slightly lower than normal, as in everything is just a tiny bit (less than a millimetre) lower than it should be.

The Clone's faces are not misprinted, unless the eyes are severely off and such. A huge purpose of the clone wars was to give clone troopers individuality- in choice, character, and appearance. TLG printed faces with eyes facing different directions as well as darker chins/cheeks so there is a better sense of individuality. I hope this helps explain a lot

Same for you too? Well I have no idea why. When I just opened the "Speeder Bikes", they were faded.

I just got the AT-OT and Dropship and my Clone Pilots both are badly smudged!

The first one has smudges and the other pilot had a grey line coming through his eyes!

I scanned the figures. Ahsoka with white trousers has smaller eyes, with grey bigger eyes.

Also AT-TE Ahsokas belt clip is orange, the new one is gold.

Thats odd the Ahsoka I got from the AT-TE has a gold belt clip, not sure about the eyes though
