I just came back from the Westfield, London shop.

They had the minifigs series 3 but were selling fast. I managed to get almost all the ones I wanted (elf, samurai, gorilla, sumo, fisherman, mummy) plus a few I didn't.

The Westfield shop had all the following:

City: 7287, 7498, 7285, 7288, 7279

Ninjago: 2504, 2505, 2518, 2519, 2263, 2259, 2258, 2112, 2113, 2114, 2115,

Pharaoh: 7306, 7307, 7326, 7327

Atlantis: 7976, 7978, 7985

Harry Potter: 10217

Creator: 5763, 5766, 5761, 5762

Racers: 8231, 8227, 8221, 8228

Technic: 8067, 8065, 8069, 8066

Star Warts: 7913, 7914, 7915, 7869, 7930, 7931, 7929, 7868

They had some of the Hero Factory sets but I didn't have time to record which ones. Sorry!

They're open until 6.00pm today (Christmas eve). Phone: 0208 749 1059

Hope that helps,

Amps

Damn, I headed in the wrong direction! How much were they selling for? I'll have to get down there on Boxing Day.

(why is it I always miss these things?)

Do lego do any decent sales because I still want to get some HP sets and I am going to Westfield tommorrow?

Check out John Lewis' web site if you haven't already. Rumour has it the Lego store has some items discounted, but I've yet to go.

Anybody been to Westfield today? Going there tomorrow, and just wanted to know what the shelves looks like.

Mostly interested to know if there is any minifig series 3 left? And if they got the Pharaos Quest battlepack up yet?

Oh and a belated merry xmas to all, and hopes for a happy new year filled with lots of Lego :classic:

Only a lonely Construct a Zurg and several Crawlers Cranes left in the sale in the Brighton Lego Store.

They do have the new Ninjago, Atlantis, Star Wars and Pharaoh's Quest in, as well as a small number of series 3 minifigs.

The series 3 minifigs are very hard to distinguish using the dots, did manage to get 5 unique ones, but alas no Elf default_hmpfbad.gif

They also have one fewer Diagon Alley than they started the day with, but there are some left!

cheers,

Hello, Kenneth-DK,

Just got back from the Westfield myself, so maybe this response is too late...

I estimate they had around 75 minifigs left, split between two boxes. I managed to pick up a couple more I wanted (the mummy and the samurai) but I think they're out of elves.

I didn't see the PQ battlepack.

You didn't ask but I thought I should mention that they've got the PQ Scarab Attack (7305). They also have the Ninjago Starter Set (2257) and the Battle Arena (853106).

Hope that helps,

Pinky and i just left Bluewater (literally we are on the way out of the carpark!). Apparently they didnt receive their shipment of sale stock due to the weather before xmas so they only have the SW starfighter on sale with 30% off and some packs of magnets. Disappointing. Is it worth going to Westfield?

Hi, if anyone picks up any spare star wars magnet sets I would take them off your hands :) I wouldnt mind a half price turret hoth set too :) I can't send private messages for some reason?

Aha, I'd been eagerly anticipating Westfields opening, but hadn't realised it had already done so. Thanks for the heads-up :sweet:

You need to have 10 posts to send private messages

Did they say if they were going to get sale stock in later on?

Went to Westfield today. Not sure what to think of it...

@ AmperZand: Thanks for the info :classic: They had about one full box at the counter around noon (I relieved them of 12 bags).I did manage to get a single elf (Wohoo!!) but only one, AND a fisherman which seems to be quite rare (wohoo again!!), but damn those dot-codes are hard to decipher...!!! So if anyone are selling elves, fell free to send them to Islington before the 3rd of January !!

@ jondesouza and NovaStar: There is no sale at all. Everything was gone when I got there around 10 AM. I didnt even see any keyhangers on sale... :hmpf_bad:

@ SlyOwl: They opened mid-november as far as I remember :classic: Nothing special there though, as one staff member told me, that Lego hadnt provided them with any sets that where going to go "out-of-production" (not sure what to call it in english  ). But they are filling the shelves with all they new lines.

Cheers,

Ken :classic:

I've just got back from my local ASDA and they had 7597 (the TS3 Train) at £40, but I didn't buy a copy because soon I'll be buying most of the 2011 City sets from S@H.

Live from Westfield: they have S3 minifigs and the new educational minifigure sets in stock. Both seem to be in good supply: two boxes of S3 minifigures are at the tills, and the educational figs are at the back, on the left.

S3 figures are GBP 1.99 each, and there appear to be no sale items left.

If it pleases the court, I might try my hand at a review of the town figures.

I'm heading back in for a few more S3 figures, if you're there and you see a dark-looking guy come and say hello.
