But they are filling the shelves with all they new lines. Discontinued? Still, it's Lego - in London! That's good enough for me! Now, I happen to live in Islington, and on a whim had a look in WHSmith and ToysToysToys (in Barnet, as I was up there today) - in case of elves. And they both said there'll be no S3 until January at the earliest. So in terms of getting them yourself, you'll be hard pushed - Toy City in Wood Green doesn't have them either, when I last checked. Now, I happen to live in Islington, and on a whim had a look in WHSmith and ToysToysToys (in Barnet, as I was up there today) - in case of elves. And they both said there'll be no S3 until January at the earliest. So in terms of getting them yourself, you'll be hard pushed - Toy City in Wood Green doesn't have them either, when I last checked. Argos also have £40 off the 8043 Technic Excavator and £30 off the 10198 Tantive IV. I too hope there will be some excellent sales here in the UK in January. ~buddy~

There are still some sale items over at the Lego store, including the Ostrich Race, some keyrings and a few select magnet packs. There's no Build-A-Minifig there (hopefully temporarily), but the PAB wall has been updated with trans-neon orange flames, trans-red 1x1 tiles and studs in clear, trans-yellow, orange and lime. Check it out if you can.

Yeah I saw that the other day when I was there,they have a dot cheat sheet behind the desk and when I was there some kid asked when they would new pirates so he said the new ones would be pirates off the caribbean so I said yeah I have seen pictures off them they look very good so the guy at the counter goes o the store computer to see what they look like I got only a glimpse off them they look good

I've already done trades with SilentMode and another AFOL I bumped into at the Westfield store, but it would be great if lots of us met at the Westfield and went to a nearby pub or cafe and traded. Anyone up for that? If so, Sunday works for me. Please post below if that's of interest. Talking of the Westfield shop, I was there yesterday. They had... Ninjago ...the Sensei Wu pack on the shelf for £9.99. It's more expensive than the other single minifig Ninjago packs but comes with more weapons. I didn't get it but only because I've already got the Sensei Wu minifig that comes with the Battle Arena (853106). Pharaoh's Quest ...the PQ Battle Pack (853176) for £9.99 but not on shelves. You need to ask for it at the counter and they'll get it for you from the stock room. Alternatively, you can call ahead and they'll reserve it for you, tel 020 8749 1059. The staff identify products by the contents, not the product code, so you need to describe it as "the Pharaoh's Quest blister pack with three minifigures and a sarcophagus in the middle with a golden lid". I suspect it's a response to the VAT rise today. However, Grand Emporium has reduced in price to £132.99!

I live in Thornton heath, near Croydon, and have been to Westfields a few times so can easily do meets there.
