buddy Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 This afternoon I was in my local Tesco Extra and they had the Harry Potter 4737 Quidditch Set reduced to £9, so I bought one even though I already have one because I £9 is a great price for that set . They still had 5 of the set left on the shelf though. They also had an OFD in the same aisle as the Lego was in containing about 8 boxes (I think it was about that many) of Series 5 Minifigures. ~buddy~
Rumble Strike Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 (edited) Thanks for this, buddy, I will have to check that out tomorrow! edit Looks like Tesco are having a reset. Plenty of bare shelves at the moment, but I did pick up the last Quiddich set. A strange choice for my first HP set, but I mainly bought it for minifig parts. A shame there were no £20 Hagrid's Hut left! I've been eyeing that for ages, hoping to get a deal on it. Also in the game section they were stocking the Heroica Fortaan set. Normal price (£19.99) but I'd not seen it there before. Edited September 12, 2011 by Rumble Strike

Brickadeer Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Amazon.co.uk Marketplace: LEGO Star Wars Set #30005 Imperial Speeder Bike - 0.95 GBP LEGO Star Wars: Clone Walker 30006 (Bagged) - 0.95 GBP LEGO Star Wars: Mini AT-ST 30054 - 0.01 GBP I'd order them myself, but the costs for s&h to Germany of Amazon Marketplace are totally unreasonable.

I have tried to get them to the UK, but the seller is actually taking very high shipping on both europe and UK...it is a trick!
Brickadeer Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 I have tried to get them to the UK, but the seller is actually taking very high shipping on both europe and UK...it is a trick! It seems he takes the normal fees for Amazon Marketplace sellers. I wasn't aware of the fact that for toys the fees for UK and Europe are the same.

I wasn't aware of the fact that for toys the fees for UK and Europe are the same. sorry, but this seller is taking the mick ... there is no way that this costs £4.62 to post within the UK.
Big Pete Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Boots.com 3 for 2 started today ... but, they are sadly lacking in many of the new lines, especially Star Wars
Capt. Bluebeard Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Does anyone know if TRU are gonna be doing the 20% offer again this weekend? Bluebeard, out-
tbroyd Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 sorry, but this seller is taking the mick ... there is no way that this costs £4.62 to post within the UK. Remember its Amazon UK who set the postage charges for Market place sellers. I know from experience when I tried to sell a few things. Amazon set the postage charge but buyers thought I was just being greedy
