Joey Lock Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 The picture isn't from LEGO Battles. It's from LEGO Universe. Um, No its not... We meen this one. Quote
Ratshot Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 Hey BlueBard, I hope the rumors you heard are true Quote
Adam Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 I know this information has been discussed here already but today I was looking for the new IJ or Pirates sets in a toy store (yes, we still don't have them in Spain... ) and I heard another guy asking the toy seller about the new pirate line. He told him that a new ship (did not say if pirate or imperial one) was already in the prices catalogues and should be available for 2009 christmas or 2010 first months. I don't really know if this is true or just a rumour but I thought it could interest you all or, at least, give you some hopes... Since you don't have the Brickbeard's Bounty, maybe it's that? Quote
Darth_Legois Posted March 2, 2009 Posted March 2, 2009 What for a nice picture!Hopeful an indication of a new set. I really love the colour: blue~white. And the captain looks amazing, too. Please LEGO give us this ship! I hope so too, A Imperial Flagship would be great. Blue & White would be good. Maybe with some red? Quote
ukdevilz Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Guys.... Regarding the previous forum msg's about the new Imperial warship.... Couldn't we email 'LEGO', and ask/tell them what we would like the ship to look like? Same size/bigger than the current pirate ship. Atleast they'll get a 'fans' prespective upon things.... we could always send out a 'petition' too? Quote
SlyOwl Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 The mast set-up in that Imperial picture looks pretty similar to the BB one. I can't say for certain, not owning the set, though Guys....Regarding the previous forum msg's about the new Imperial warship.... The best way to get set ideas e.t.c. across would to be to post them in the Embassy, this thread in particular. A single email won't have much weight with TLG, and then, after all, what are the Ambassadors for? Petitions don't really work, just like sig campaigns e.t.c. 100 people saying they want a giant warship with 50 cannons and 90 imperial troops won't really convince TLG to do it, set cost and demand aside Quote

You are quite correct. Especially since the petition would be composed entirely of Internet screenames. Quote
