Darth Legolas Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 If you think that Gold Squadron means all the ships are gold, then i can tell you've never even watched either Clone Wars series. Now in both the new and old picture, Nute looks like he's gray, and he really should be sand green. But minifigs always change the most. Also, I just saw a Brickshelf gallery full of the kind of picture Legomilk gave us of the Venator, with the white background. They seemed to be newer, so that means open circle fleet symbols! Quote

In these pictures (1,2,3), Gunray looks like he should be bley, so I think it is an appropriate colour. If they change it to sand green, I will not be bothered. Quote

Can you tell me where the folder is or how you found the folder? Thanks I still don't think having Nute Gunray and a Greedo lookalike (I haven't seen any of the Clone Wars because I can't) justifies a price of £30 or £40 (judging by the size of the box). I love the COrporate Alliance Droid though. It looks perfect, almost exactly the same as in Star Wars episode III. Quote
Darth Legolas Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Can you tell me where the folder is or how you found the folder? Thanks Right here. It also shows that in the old pic from Legomilk, they all have blurry faces, looking like they might get new molds, even though the newer pic looks more official... Quote
RoflWafls Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Thanks Darth Legolas for the link! It looks like some of the sets now have better pictures, you now can see in the tank set only one trooper has a jet pack , but it looks pretty good! Quote

If they change it to sand green, I will not be bothered. I think it should be sand green or a new marble color like the IJ ants.In the first pic it reminds me i really want a gree fig!(CW or ep.3) Thanks Darth Legolas for the link! It looks like some of the sets now have better pictures, you now can see in the tank set only one trooper has a jet pack , but it looks pretty good! they're prelim pics , hope both come w/ jetpacks and are the rumored 501st Quote

It looks like some of the sets now have better pictures, you now can see in the tank set only one trooper has a jet pack , but it looks pretty good! Actually, I know this for a fact that the picture with only one Jet Trooper is even older than the ones we've recently seen, so we still get two jet troopers. If you don't believe me, the picture with the Tank Droid is from the same source as this, in which Nute Gunray is an all-white prototype with a chef's hat. CloneCommanderDelta7 Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 (edited) I really hope that there are 2 jetpacks. I will give one to CC-2224 (Cody). P.S. I bought the RAS and I think it is great! Edited January 22, 2009 by CloneCommanderDelta7 Quote
Future74 Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Thanks for the link Legolas... updated my blurry versions I like the tankdroid. I hope the airtanks will be replaced, even something like the rocketdroids have will do better. Quote

Love your avatar and i think the jet packs are atacked tho the helmets like boba and any way cc-2224 did have a jetpack in ep.3 but not in the CW C3-PO0 watch has a minifig: Thanks! I hope these came with figs when I saw them on Brickset today. Even though i like the light pearl gold C-3po Hope the rest do. And by any chance do you know if these are like the Pen figs or magnets? or are they just figs like the other watches and new magnets? Edited January 23, 2009 by JCC1004 Quote

I think. But back on topic, it's funny how you're the only person I know who wants attached jetpacks. Most people i know hate them, and want the helmet seperate. I doubt we'll get the jetpacks attached too. Why make a new mold when you already have the helmet? Thanks! I hope these came with figs when I saw them on Brickset today. They sopped making magnet figs, remember? And they're definitely not pen figs. Just regular, average minifigs, which I love. Edited January 23, 2009 by Darth Legolas Quote

Robinson6142 Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 In the UK there are 3 more watches. Theres Darth Maul, Han Solo and Obi Wan Kenobi. Quote
KimT Posted January 23, 2009 Author Posted January 23, 2009 In the UK there are 3 more watches. Theres Darth Maul, Han Solo and Obi Wan Kenobi. Looks at the pics once more.. They're there. The pics are simply different, not all of them have the minifigs next to them. Quote
CloneCommanderDelta7 Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 (edited) I hope that the jetpacks are attached to a minifig backpack (like the one in the Special Edition X-Wing where it is used as headlights) so they don't come off easily. Thanks JC1004 I like it too. It's a heavy trooper from BF2. I would love to see it official minifig. Edited January 23, 2009 by CloneCommanderDelta7 Quote

Ok, lets get this strait. I do NOT want the jet pack attached jet packs. I like the helmet seperate. One pic I saw looked like they were attacked. Lego wouldn't make a new mold when they already have the helmet. And with the watches, I knew that they stopped making the the ones with them in their legs. Now the are in a brick and the figs attach to the brick. Have you seen the new SW magnet set w/ Vader, Obi, and Chewie? I do love the average fig watches. Have you ever noticed that in the New Endor doesn't have C-3PO? I hope that the jetpacks are attached to a minifig backpack (like the one in the Special Edition X-Wing where it is used as headlights) so they don't come off easily. Thanks JC1004 I like it too. It's a heavy trooper from BF2. I would love to see it official minifig. I would hate if the jet packs were like that. Do you know if they will be 501st? Your welcome, I actually thought it was a lego versoin of this: http://www.rebelscum.com/photo.asp?image=/...saultCommFR.jpg By the way in BF2 he was white, but I'm saying he's a Kashyyk version. The Crazy One Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 It looks like both clones still have jetpacks. i hope it looks like to be boba/jango fett style jetpacks. They are! I zoomed in on the design and compared it too Jango's but they aren't connected to the helmets. Quote

Darth Legolas Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 They are! I zoomed in on the design and compared it too Jango's but they aren't connected to the helmets. I looked at a zoom. He's right. The jetpacks are attached around the neck and very similar to Boba's, but these have poitier spikes, but there are definitely three points. So there's a new mold! Quote
General Magma Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 Also the rodian in that picture is Greedo. Thanks for that info because those pictures make the sets look like . The Rodian is Onaconda Farr. Not Greedo. Quote
Darth Legolas Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 The Rodian is Onaconda Farr. Not Greedo. He knows, he's saying that the image is so early in the prototyping that they used Greedo as Onaconda Farr. Quote
Millacol88 Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 He knows, he's saying that the image is so early in the prototyping that they used Greedo as Onaconda Farr. Yes, thats interesting how they often do that. I wonder if its because they don't have the new mold ready or for some other reason. Although, I guess it doesn't matter as they still are preliminary pictures. Quote
