July 18, 200915 yr @ Oky Wan: He is in Germany. I think that is his dislike towards it. We already had a Star Destroyer, right? Edited July 18, 200915 yr by Commander Flash
July 18, 200915 yr Meh RBR is bitterly disappointing, seems a total rip off, Endor was expensive but at least it has lots of good figures. It's probaly not 250 dollars. If it is, I'll eat my hat. Also, Commander Flash: We HAVE had a Star Destroyer, a few actually......
July 18, 200915 yr We already had a Star Destroyer, right? Yeah, but not a Super Star Destroyer. Huge difference, I know.
July 18, 200915 yr Same thing, right? But a few hundred meters longer. The RBR should be $130.00 That sounds right, or mayby $150. I'm guessing it won't go over $160......
July 18, 200915 yr The RBR should be $130.00 And you are basing this price on what? One distorted image you have seen of it some days ago? Seriously, guys, please stop trying to judge a set before you even remotely know what it's like!
July 18, 200915 yr Over 160.00, I bet a large amount of people wouldn't want it. It probably only has just above 1000 pieces... No exclusive minifigs would lower the demand for the set by a lot.
July 18, 200915 yr @ Oky Wan: He is in Germany. I think that is his dislike towards it. We already had a Star Destroyer, right? I don't like that the printing is in English language - that's right. But more than that I dislike that there is a text (in which language it may ever be) anyway - it destroys imo the whole radiation the symbol of the classic OT SW has since it detracts from the symbol. According to the price of the RBR: I'm very sure that it'll be 150 Euros/Dollars - with only five minifigs and nearly no interior more than 150 Euros/Dollars would be usury for that set! July 18, 200915 yr Yeah, but not a Super Star Destroyer. Huge difference, I know. If there is a chance we will get one, I expect it would be the Executor and not a generic SSD. Link That looks like a nice T-Shirt, but it is too kiddish. Thanks for the picture. Greetings, JD Edited July 18, 200915 yr by Jammiedodger714
July 18, 200915 yr It probably only has just above 1000 pieces... It has around 1,400 pieces (see quote below). Well I did get a look at the box today at work. I don't want to spoil any surprises but I can give you a couple of hints;-It will have mini-figures. Five. -It does have 11 engines in the back -Approx 1,400 pieces MLB The T-shirt does look pretty good, but I would rather have another chrome figure or chrome Darth Vaders for sale just like the chrome stormies. July 18, 200915 yr Executor? That would be a totally different story. Vader's flagship is super iconic and different to any other star destroyer. I saw instructions for one, its 5 feet long and costs around $400.00
July 18, 200915 yr STOP. With my little remark about the 10199 Super Star Destoryer Set I just was kidding about TLC - which is printing a picture of a top secret product on the backside of the intructions of another set and sell it some weeks before the release - and then try to pull it back us - speculating, flaming, begging and so on just because of one picture or - even worse - some flurry pictures from aTLC movie. I wanted to see the reaction on the 10199. And guess what, it worked, although on check would reveal that it is something christmas... Please forgive me... Reards, Jan
July 18, 200915 yr Thanks for the lesson... Here is one of the most impressive ships ever...With instructions http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/1549

Also, Oky Wan Kenobi: Where are just guessing what the price is, or is the 250 official? I'm not saying that the set is horrible, I'm actually really excited for it! July 19, 200915 yr From RBR to BP I don't think I have the tech on my PC to make photos unblurry.CAn someone try to make the photo of the two BPs unblurry?

July 19, 200915 yr Well this picture is turning out really bad. Where is KimT to get us back on track? We went off about the silly Star Destroyer Remark, we're going crazy speculating on the RBR! Even Oky Wan said that we should stop yapping about the price, and then the next two posts were completely ignoring that! Anyway, on topic, Would the brickmaster exclusive at SCC09 be OT or CW? They already made CW last year and this year is the anniversary... but this is different. This is the brickmaster exclusive, like the Indy Jones SCC exclusive, this will probably be pretty small. Not unbearably small, but is anyone thinking maybe a box with a few of the polybag exclusives? The Mini V-19 Torrent and Mini Souless One (Greivous's fighter,) and the Mini AT-TE or the later coming Mini LAAT/I (Republic Gunship?) It would be pretty bad though. Hopefully a few minifigs there. July 19, 200915 yr I am hoping from the press release that Lego will reveal other new Star Wars sets. However, I find this unlikely considering that Lego has never had a huge presence at Comic-Con. I am also excited about the revealing of the new Toy Story and Prince of Persia figures.

Indeed, you can only work with the information that is there. The Blade Runner 'enhance' feature doesn't quite exist yet I'll add my tuppence worth and agree with the speculation that these new battlepacks appear to feature Hoth. The boxes are both very white - obviously indicative of snowy plains - with a hazy speederbike on the right box and what would seem to be some kind of speeder or stripped down snow speeder on the left (though it looks like there could potentially be a turret on the vehicle?). In that setting the orange figure would most likely have to be a rebel pilot. There's not much these photos can offer other than that and a whole heap of discussion... but lets keep the discussion light and friendly, and be patient while we wait for new pictures. There's absolutey no harm in that and LEGO have a huge range of Star Wars sets available at the moment to be excited about too.
July 19, 200915 yr Are there any sites with the RBR pics still up? I've been on vacation and missed the pics.
July 19, 200915 yr Are there any sites with the RBR pics still up? I've been on vacation and missed the pics. I think someone put up a link a 1 or 2 pages ago. I have no idea if its been taken down or not but its worth looking for it .
July 19, 200915 yr Thanks, found it. I searched through the last 5 or 6 pages, but missed that one I guess.
July 19, 200915 yr @ Oky Wan: He is in Germany. I think that is his dislike towards it. We already had a Star Destroyer, right? 3, mini, normal, and UCS.
