cole Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 Wait, what? Booger was talking about the new magnet set which includes a battle-damaged Darth Vader, a snowtrooper, and a shadow trooper. You must be talking about the Rogue Shadow, since you mentioned Juno Eclipse. Ah, I didn't follow the link. Booger called it "Force Unleashed magnet set" so I just assumed it had the three figs from the Rougue Shadow. Quote
The Who Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 I don't know about others, but I knew. On a side note: You probably got ignored because you posted that in the wrong thread. Then where should it go, in the SW Sets Anyone thread? I just posted it here because our favorite Santa Claus didn't fill the numbers in for the S&H link, in the first post. Quote
cole Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 Then why did you say you had the set? I said I had Rogue shadow, not the magnet set. Big mixup here Quote
Darth Legolas Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 (edited) The sets are now available on the U.S. Shop@home everybody! Also Indy Jones! Here's OT Here's CW Indy, for all who want it! Edited June 26, 2009 by Darth Legolas Quote

See kids, this is why you don't buy World War II 'artifacts' and antiques. Because then there's no more money for Lego stuff. Well, at least I can see the prices now. Quote
ILikePi Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 KimT and Pi thank you No problem. See kids, this is why you don't buy World War II 'artifacts' and antiques. Because then there's no more money for Lego stuff. Did you buy some WWII artifacts and antiques? And I think that over 5 people posted (on EuroBricks, just in different sections of the forum) about the Star Wars and Indiana Jones sets being available on S@H in the U.S. Quote
LEGOscum Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Or you could check the first post in this topic which has a link to the upcoming Star Wars Dictionary, I believe a lot of the minifigs are also featured in that book. A lot, yes, but not all. There is another book from DK coming out that'll do the job. Quote
cole Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 (edited) Can anyone give me any information on the rumored "Rebel blockade runner"? I thought it was just a rumor, but Brickset has it listed as a set, just without a picture. I wasn't here for the discusion about it, and don't really want to flip through the last 30 pages to find it. Edited June 27, 2009 by cole Quote
DarthSion Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Um is there some sets at S@H I'm not seeing because i am in Australia, the Venator, Echo Base, Endor Snail droid have all been on S@H AU for a week now. Quote
ADHO15 Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 The sets are now available on the U.S. Shop@home everybody! Also Indy Jones! Here's OT Here's CW Indy, for all who want it! That's good news for Americans, I'm sure, but remember to post news like this in the right thread in future. Can anyone give me any information on the rumored "Rebel blockade runner"? I thought it was just a rumor, but Brickset has it listed as a set, just without a picture. I wasn't here for the discusion about it, and don't really want to flip through the last 30 pages to find it. I don't think we know very much. I think we've heard it'll cost around $250 and we've made many assumptions of the minifigs included, but we aren't certain of much more. We were hoping for pictures at Brickworld, but it looks like it wasn't there. Um is there some sets at S@H I'm not seeing because i am in Australia, the Venator, Echo Base, Endor Snail droid have all been on S@H AU for a week now. You haven't listed the 8036 Separatist shuttle. Shouldn't that be there? Quote
ADHO15 Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Yeah that one too, and Anakins Y-Wing. So the only sets missing are the Falcon, Home One and Pirate Tank, which aren't on Shop@Home in any country yet, as far as I know. Quote
DarthSion Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 That's about right, which is interesting because here in Australia BigW (like Kmart Target) has the mid scale MF on their website and is supposed to be for sale during the big toy sale starting the 2nd of July. Quote

As said in the Aussie Sales! thread (by me) that's already on the shelves. It has a piece inventory on the back of the box and on the side it has a description similar to that of the UCS Falcon (I don't know, I don't own the UCS.) You know, like this: Model: Speed: Weapons: Or something like that. Quote
The Who Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Did you buy some WWII artifacts and antiques? Yes, and that just happened to be right before I got home to check Eurobricks. Anyway, I'm leaving for a week as of tomorrow morning, so hopefully there will be news of the Red Bull Racer before I get back. Quote
Shine Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Here's a much larger/higher quality AT-TE image. Quote
ILikePi Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Here's a much larger/higher quality AT-TE image. Nice find, Shine! That's a really high-quality picture. I just wish that there were printed parts, as it looks really plain. By the way, you can see a reflection of the studio that the picture was taken in on the feet (the dishes). Quote
RileyC Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 I just wish that there were printed parts, as it looks really plain. Yea I agree. As i dont collect minis im not really worried about this but some printed pieces would make this better and a better turret up the top. It seems quite large for the AT-TE. Quote

It seems quite large for the AT-TE. It's not that it is so big, it's just that the picture makes it look really big. Quote
cole Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 The turret is just too wide, if they could have kept it just one stud wide, and add a decent seat it would look good. The rest of the set look well desined but bland. Quote

Millacol88 Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Firstly, those pictures are enormous. Second, it looks to be something along the lines of that large clone trooper bundle they had last year, with a hailfire droid, and a bunch of clones, but this seems imperial-themed. Quote
Mraz Skintas Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 It could be that 3 in 1 superpack with the Rebel Scout Speeder, Imperial dropship, and Vader's TIE. Quote
