As for the TIE Defender or whatever fighter of the TIE class it may be (like already said I hope for a regular OT TIE Fighter which imo would even make the most sense and sell the best since there are much more OT fans than EU fans) I fear that TLG will make the same mistake they did with this year's TIE Advanced, too, namely to not include any additional minifigure, maintenance vehicle and/or additional accessory.

Someone might be building a large Imperial hangar, and need extra Pilots and Tech Crew. That would be another thing that should come with this rumored TIE, a Death Star Gunner or Tech Officer.

Yes, I agree. Almost all of the TIEs are the same black and grey color, so I wouldn't buy one of them for the design or anything. If there is a TIE next year, and it only includes one TIE pilot, then there is a zero chance of me getting it (unless I win the lottery or something, of course).

An Imperial Technican is absolutely needed and awesome!

If it is a regular TIE Fighter from the OT I will buy it for sure.

If it is from EU or TFU I never will buy it since I really don't like EU and TFU.

The point I'm trying to make is that I would rather have a minifig selection like 7146 than the recent Interceptor and Advance.

A second minifig would be nice, assuming we do get a TIE at all. I would also prefer a black and gray regular TIE, or a Bomber or Interceptor. But then again, a Defender would be alright as long as it habe a good selection of minifigs.......

New (?) newsflashes concerning S@H Europe and Star Wars: the Tantive IV seems to have been moved back to October 9th (US still September 9th), and the chrome Stormtrooper, which was first supposed to be order-able from August 5th is now nowhere to be seen? Strange, and especially in the case of the chrome Stormie, slightly disconcerning. I hope these still will become available!
