Legoman Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 IMO, someone got it messed up. Landspeeder = Freecobike. Makes sence. But, I also fail to understand what the figs in the rebel BP are I'd Like 3 hoth rebel's + Pilot, but they don't look like hoth rebels to me And, although i would hate it, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a EU snow scout on that bike. It's such a TLC thing to do To me, I can CLEARLY see 1 snowtrooper in the right BP, and a rebel pilot in the left, but the others.... hmmm... Quote
Mraz Skintas Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 The Freeco Bike is kinda random IMO. It was only in 1 episode of the Clone Wars, but I guess it could be in season two. The figs I want if we get this are: Captain Rex (Cold Assault Gear) Clone Trooper (Cold Assault Gear) Senator Chuchi and 2 Talz and maybe one of their riding beasties. Quote

RileyC Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 (edited) Id only get the freeco bike if lego put an exclusive minifig in it like the senator and talz and if the price is good Edited August 10, 2009 by Roncanator Quote
ILikePi Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 (edited) And here's what we'd get: Obi Wan in a snow hood. Yeah, the Freeco bike set is probably going have only one minifigure, and probably will be priced at $10 USD. Hooray for Amazon Germany for posting the names of not-yet-released sets! Oky Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 (edited) Interesting. A Freeco Bike, eh? Figures, as I was surprised we haven't seen one yet. Now, let's just pray for Cold Assault troopers! This still doesn't confirm anything of course, but it's getting there. IMO, someone got it messed up. Landspeeder = Freecobike. Makes sence. I doubt it, since it would be even stranger to confuse a Freeco Bike with Luke's Landspeeder. Then again, anything is possible. And here's what we'd get: Obi Wan in a snow hood. Seriously. But I'm sure they'll include some kind of special fig in that set for the "Wow Factor". Edited August 10, 2009 by Oky Wan Kenobi Quote

But I'm sure they'll include some kind of special fig in that set for the "Wow Factor". Seeing as how they are almost three episodes away, in completely different trilogies, I must agree there.Maybe that/those special fig(s) would be the Cold Assault Troopers. I know I would want a bunch of them. Quote
Mraz Skintas Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Can't forget a CAT Rex. If there is a Freeco bike, we should get a Rex in his CAT gear. Quote
Commander Assassin Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 There is no old one! Yeah there is. Right here. Quote
The Who Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Yeah there is. Right here. I think he means the Tri-Droid, not the Droid Tri-Fighter. Quote
Mraz Skintas Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 I think he thought that a Tri-droid was being referenced. *Note: We should call this Tri-droid an Octuptarra to avoid further confusion. Quote
Fumoffu Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 CAT Rex on a Freeco bike will be cool althought a set with just that won't be much good with building an army of CAT. Quote
Millacol88 Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 Although this is probably taboo for a non-CW fan, Im looking forward to this Freeco Bike set. I'd love to see the resurgence of the ~10$ US set that isn't a battle pack. With a more fleshed-out vehicle that's from the SW canon, and includes 1 or 2 minifigures as well. The Clone Scout Walker of 2005 is a good example of this, even if it could stand to have one more fig. Quote
Jar Jar Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 (edited) According to FBTB, they have already found out what the first 2010 sets of SW are. The first set is, 8083-Rebel Trooper Battle Pack, second set is, 8084-Snowtrooper Battle pack and the last 2 are 8085-Freeco Speeder and 8086-Droid Tri-Fighter. On the Star Wars Databank at Starwars.com, it says the Tri-Fighter was only seen in Ep. 3, could this be a continuation of Ep. 3? And if there is a Ep. 3 subline, you can't go wrong with the other 2 sublines! So what do you think? -Jar Jar "LINKS HERE" http://www.fbtb.net/2009/08/10/new-2010-se...s-on-amazon-de/ http://www.starwars.com/databank/starship/droidtrifighter/ Edited August 11, 2009 by Jar Jar Quote

Check out the pinned topics in this forum, look for the 2009/2010 Picture and Rumor topic, you'll see the list from Jedinews, as well as the one from the German Amazon has already been reported. EDIT: Linky Goodness (clicky click) EDIT 2: Quick, little walrus, merge it without saying anything so maybe no-one will notice you forgot to when you first moved it! Quote
