Derek Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 (edited) PS My birthday on 23rd Feb That's nice. I'm pretty sure the Dropship is in the CW movie, they carried the AT-TE's to Teth. EDIT: Are the Ewoks new molds? They seem different than the original ones. Edited February 20, 2009 by darthperson Quote
¹²³← Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 (edited) I think they are already on a pic in the toyfair coverage Ok thanks Edit: Wait a min where is that? Edited February 20, 2009 by ¹²³← Quote
Commander Flash Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 My birthday was the 15th. haha. the dropships were at teth? Quote
DarthSion Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 I dont mean to be rude, but cant we keep this to lego, not birthdays. And im pretty sure they didnt use ATOT at Teth, it wasnt a full scale war, i think they have only been shown in ROTS, though might be in the next couple of clone wars episodes. Quote

Agreed. Keep this to the discussion of new and upcoming sets. Not your birthdays or wether a craft was on Teth or not. "Stay on target!" Quote
LoRd AmUnRa Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 hi, the new Republic Dropship with AT-OT also cost 249,99 euro, just to at it on the front page I think ist ist pity that there is no Comander or Jedi with it but it is still a great set Quote
CommanderCody77 Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 Ok thanks Edit: Wait a min where is that? Go back a few pages and you'll see Anyways does anybody know if the rebel commando with no beard has a new face, i can't see it clearly That's nice. I'm pretty sure the Dropship is in the CW movie, they carried the AT-TE's to Teth. EDIT: Are the Ewoks new molds? They seem different than the original ones. Yes the Ewoks have new molds Quote
Da Death Star! Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 Anyways does anybody know if the rebel commando with no beard has a new face, i can't see it clearlyYes,Its the Secret Apprentices head.Home one looks like a great set, with the new A-wing,the hangar(Wich the new MF could probably fit in)Ackbars little chair, and the DS Hologram(But Why the Hell is it a Tridax pod?).(_)The guy who hates Tridax pods(_) Quote
enigmapc Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 I haven't ever posted here before so hello everyone! There is something for everyone with these awesome sets coming out. My collection will be called complete when we have a UCS AT-AT (in minifig scale like the UCS MF) and a minifig Tantive IV. I realize I will have to wait, but hopefully it gets done before the license expires. Quote

And, I like you halomaster, but really, the next guy is gonna get stuffed on the Millenium Falcon and shipped off to Hoth to freeze. No, you don't have to look back 10 pages, you have to look back one page, and the page before that, and the page before that, and the page before that, and 4 other pages before that. No joke in counting! So people, please look here, we HAVE seen the MF and Tank! Now, back on topic, I wonder if we'll have to remove any pieces from the AT-TE, such as the gunning turret in order for it to fit in the dropship. It seems like the AT-OT is smaller, and even that has to fold up! Edited February 20, 2009 by Darth Legolas Quote

I guess it's also cheaper than a new piece. Edited February 20, 2009 by Skipper 24 Quote

But I guess we need to find out when this baby is released... cant wait to find out. Quote

Do you know how hard that would be for TLC to mold with one side round and the other all beams. Thirdly, don't mean to miniMOD but, watch the language I am sure you could of gotten your point across with another word or just simply leaving it out. Quote

But I guess we need to find out when this baby is released... cant wait to find out. Oh definitely! If we didn't have to even swivel the turret around that would make the Dropship HUGE! I really can't wait for 10195 and the Venator! Lego did a fabulous job! @Theguywhocan'tfindacloseupofGunray: Try looking at the front page??? Quote
General Magma Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 "0mg mai burfd4y is in a few munfs" Just kidding. Does anyone know how many studs long the Venator is? Then I can compare the length to my Republic Cruiser. Quote

I really can't wait for 10195 and the Venator! Lego did a fabulous job! Well I agree the two sets are great (expect the amount of minifigures in the Venator) but TLC made a bad price like always. Another question, is it right that the 10195 Dropship costs just 165GBD? That would be just 200€ instead of the normal price 250€. @Theguywhocan'tfindacloseupofGunray: Try looking at the front page??? Don't be so severly, keep down and try to be affable or even better announcing such things KimT Greetings 'Bricks' Edited February 20, 2009 by Bricks Quote
simonjedi Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 Found on rebelscum.com/theforce.net http://www.amazon.com/LEGO-Star-Wars-Visua.../dp/0756655293/ Sept. 21 with a price of $21.99. It's a tenth anniversary book and will cover the entire line. Don't expect this to be a collector's guide though because the Visual Dictionary format doesn't allow for masses and masses of photos. Nor will it be an in-depth piece about LEGO or the SW license either. But you can expect it to cover selected sets in glorious detail. Quote
Bricks Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 Great find Will be an awesome book. I really look forward to see a lot of history and pictures of our lovely theme. Hope they will realese it in other countries, too. 'Bricks' Quote

If it's even close to being as great as the Collector's Guide, then this is a great thing to get. Thanks for finding this and supplying a link I'll shove the post in the closed news thread for future reference when getting closer to the release date. Quote
Patriot720 Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 If we don't count 10195 as a UCS set, then we are assuming there are going to be no other UCS sets this year. WRONG! I remember hoping reading about a UCS turbo tank... But I'm not sure Quote
natelite Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 well, i was going to post in the thread about AT-OT/LAAT/c set but it was closed so i'll post here. i won't be blackmailed by TLG with another s@h exclusive priced so exorbitantly. except for the AT-OT pilot's cockpit i think most parts can be procured from your regular AT-TE/RGS sets. i haven't seen the instruction yet, but plan to make one from duplicate AT-TE/RGS sets that i bought. i'll just BL the rest of the parts (like dark blue wedges, technic beams, etc). Try reading my post that was one or two pages behind yours : Yeah, they have the same torso.Look at this picture: http://www.flickr.com/photos/no_onions/328...57613819221413/ WARNING: It's a hella big picture ^ That link has a huge picture of the minifigs (including painted Ewoks) in The Battle of Endor. darkrebellion Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Well in my opinion there WILL be another UCS for this year . Just think about it. This is the 10th anniversary of the LSW line and we don´t get any iconical giant set? Anyone remember that the last year the TLC asked us about what set we want as the 10 anniversary set and that it will come out around October of this year? Well I think that is in development and in my opinion it isn´t the actual 10195 set. Quote
