Posted February 12, 200916 yr As we all know, beside the original Lego parts their are also people how make custom Lego-accesoires. Like we have BrickArms, BrickForge, FineClonier, AreaLight, MMCB, Lamanda, Woody64, ect. Regarding the fact that you maybe have an opinion about the use of these not-original-Lego-pieces, let us not talk about this disagreement please !!! After all it's certainly not possible to deny that these people don't deliver excellent work and quality. But let us talk about wigs. I think this hair-piece would fit nice in the periode of our friends the pirates and the aristrocratic community of that period (17 & 18 century). Eventually it has been used in this period by both the pirate, the citizen and the aristrocraat. And could give a beautiful touch in a MOC in my opinion. The problem is, however, that both TLC and the custom online shops do not have these in their range. At the moment Woody64 (Andreas) is the only one that is busy making a wig but this wig is not yet a finished product. Correct me if I'm wrong Woody64 but I thought that there were still problems with the tail and the bow tie ?!? For this reason my question: Would the wig for you also be a beautiful "acquisition" for the mini-figure ? Maybe a CP-mod. can make a poll with a yes and a no option ? Thx in advance !!! I have also googled some wigs of that period. Which, according to me, can be a subject to a simplified design. Some examples: FEMALE Some examples: MALE For the older men: What is you think ? Thanks for you time and answer ! Grtz, Kurt Edited February 12, 200916 yr by Captain green hair
February 12, 200916 yr Well, I can see aristocrats, judges and governors in the future with these wigs. aristocrats to be robbed judges to be hunted down governors to steel from the King and with daughters that can be "freed"by the hansom hero so I say: "bring 'm on"
February 12, 200916 yr I could most certainly find a use for the judges' wig. Someone needs to sentence the pirates to hang.
February 12, 200916 yr Setting aside my automatic kill all modder's reaction, yes, this would be fantastic!

April 2, 200915 yr I vote yes to wigs. Wigs are a high fashion statement in the 18th century are a great addition to a European/Colonial era moc.
April 2, 200915 yr I don't use custom parts but I think that lego should make some wigs with some "landed based set" , like.. " the governor house" with the governor without his hat but with wigs^^ so I voted yes!
May 9, 200915 yr How will we accomplish making those tall female wigs. I would ask Marie Antoinette but i'm afraid she can't reach her head at the moment. I know thats a pathetic joke...
