Admiral Blockbeard Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 Today while I was putting my MMV together, my mum walked in and said another package had arrived from Lego. I was confused thinking, that a piece had been missed in lots of sets or something. When I opened it up however I found a cute keyring in the envelope. About two weeks ago I had been browsing the Lego website, looking at the board member page I realized that the pictures had been mixed up with each other. To make it worse, they where male and female . I emailed the customer feedback, though the "contact us" of the mix up. I had received an email thanking me for alerting them of this. Today, that email was sent in letter form along with the keyring gift. It also had a Lego Logo bit attached! I post this to share with you just how much Lego does value our feedback and to find out if others have had a similar experience. Regards, Cpt. PB Quote
legotrainfan Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 I've never had an experience like that with TLC. Normally, I tend to inform them about things they already know in the form of a complaint, but they are already aware of the things I criticise (colour problems, brick quality, etc.). But I find it incredibly nice of TLC to say "thank you" that way. I believe that hardly any enterprise would do that for a customer that has informed them about a problem. Quote
THE-FORCE Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 Also reported things to LEGO, got 3 key rings in total(Not all at a time)! Greets, The Force! Quote

Algernon Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 A few years back, I had been sending LEGO many letters about Bionicle and what I thought of it. After the third letter they sent me a free Turaga Onewa. LEGO is pretty cool about that stuff. Quote
captaincreek Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Yeah, that was nice. I have received two packages before, with a cat woman key chain. Quote
