Posted February 20, 200916 yr I was just checking my collection and came to the conclusion I have way too many rowing boats. A lot of old pirate sets included 1 or 2 of them and that adds up to a lot of rowing boats. I have: 9 red ones 6 brown ones 2 frown ones 17 in total. Which is more than I'll ever use/need I think. I don't have enough LEGO to use them all in a nice large diorama for a raid or something. So how many do you have? And are there any other good uses for them than being just a rowing boat (or small dinghy)?

February 20, 200916 yr You guys have pretty much boats! I don't have pretty much boats! The great ammount is: FOUR brown rowboats! Oh, and two yellow rubber boats, which can be used for rowboats too.

I wouldn't really know what the poll should say (what good intervals would be), or if it would be that usefull since the difference seems to be big. But if a mod/admin (or whatever you call them these days ) thinks a poll should be added/would be usefull I won't stop them . But I'm glad you allready added a pole to this thread, it really decorates the place . I'm glad I'm not the only one with way too many rowing boats, now only if someone could figure out what to do with them... I like the piece fairly much, but it seems to have very limited use (but I've even seen pieces like the rubberband holder put to good use, so there must be something else to do with the boats).

February 21, 200916 yr Rowboats.. I have one dark blue one. That is all. I bought a big lot of vintage pirate Lego and it had 4 or 5 really great sets in it.... with the exception of every single brown and red rowboat. I don't really want to trade for them, but I will eventually place a rowboat order on bricklink.
