DoubleT Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 The next Hp Movie is in Spring 07... so no problem :)
MattZitron Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 BTW thinking about Killer Croc, I think the above picture is how he'd look, obviously minifig'd down. As that's Comics Croc as of the moment.
Stainboy Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 So, no Burton Batman? :( Oh well, sers sound pretty good. I wanna see how they do Two-Face--think they'll just take a sold-color head and print one half of it a different color? Or will the head be made of two different colors of plastic? And I'd never even heard of Killer Croc before, but, from the picture MattZitron posted (which looks like the Lizard from Spider-Man), I'm very interested in seeing how LEGO pulls off that minifig. I know I want to at least get the Batmobile, and the set with The Joker.

As 2 different plastics on something so small would be expensive, and it wouldn't be that structually sound. Just imagine his HAIR though (Sam pointed that out to me).
ApophisV Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 (which looks like the Lizard from Spider-Man) THought EXACTLY the same... :oo
MattZitron Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 (which looks like the Lizard from Spider-Man) THought EXACTLY the same... :oo Lizard is thinner. The lizard is about the same size as a tall human, Killer Croc is something like 8 feet tall. His snout is also longer like a Crocodile's. God I'm a fountain of useless information.
Backpack3 Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 YAY!!!!! Definitely getting it if there's only 6(is it?) sets!!!!! :-D :-D :-D
MattZitron Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 YAY!!!!! Definitely getting it if there's only 6(is it?) sets!!!!! :-D :-D :-D Possibly 7. The last 2 sets are the expensive ones I'll bet.
thatblockoguy Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 Want.....April.......NOW! A library of bat characters! BTW, IMO where imagination is concerned I remember the 70s, I remember being 7 years old very well. I remember my first Mego Batman and I remember that playing with it FUELED my imagination. I built things out of Lego for my Batman. If I was 7 now I'd be thrilled. Check out the back pics in any Lego club mag. There's no shortage of kids' imaginations out there and this will allow them to expand their creativity. Give the kids some credit. They'll create toys from these sets that we've probably never even dreamed of!
Backpack3 Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 :-D I'll manage with at least one of them it's just soooooooooooooooooooo coooooooooooooooooooool! :-D
gusmoore17 Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 Terrific news!!! Guau!!!! This is so great, for a long time I've been dreaming of a SuperHero Hype Theme and now Batman is just a hope to see the X-Men, Superman and other great superheroes even greater than our old friend spidey. Yeah!!!! This, Vikings, Knights' Kingdom, Harry Potter and Star Wars the next year: that would be awesome!!!! :P :) :-D
ApophisV Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 other great superheroes even greater than our old friend spidey Ehhh... >-| Spidey is the best.... :P
Starwars4J Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Id love a Croc Minifig, a Bane, a Man Bat, a JJ, A Pengy, a Riddler, a Catwoman, Batgirl, Robin, Ra's Al Ghul, SCARECROW (YAH!) The Middleman Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 I didn't think JJ was Joker... is it? Ah well, for the purposes of this it won't be. Good try!
The Middleman Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Who is JJ then? >_> Just looked it up. "JJ" was Robin basically infected by Joker.
Starwars4J Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Who is JJ then? >_> Just looked it up. "JJ" was Robin basically infected by Joker. So...wasn't that the plot of the Batman Beyond Movie? I assume it stands for "Joker Junior"?
languages Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 I want a Batcave.... :( And a Scarecrow minifig.....
MattZitron Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 By the way, there are ten different villains total in the line of six sets. Right well 4 have been confirmed. 1. Catwoman 2. Killer Croc 3. Two Face 4. Joker My next guesses are. 5. Riddler 6. Scarecrow 7. Mr Freeze. 8. Bane 9. Penguin 10. (I know its just me and wishful thinking) Manbat Though we could get a HARLEY QUINN!!! Also Mr.Jay, do you know if we'll get a Robin? Or an Alfred?
Vader Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 I never thought that we would get a killer croc so who knows what we will get but i would expect the ones listed by matt to be likely somewhere down the road.
MattZitron Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 I never thought that we would get a killer croc so who knows what we will get but i would expect the ones listed by matt to be likely somewhere down the road. I think I might cry if we got a Manbat. Just thinking logically I think Riddler is a definate, just cause he's easy to make. Scarecrow's there, probably because he's in the film, and people know him. Again Penguin and Mr.Freeze might be the same case. But I've left out ladies. I reckon we won't have a manbat, but more likely Poizen Ivy or Harley Quinn.
Zane Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Also, I know it's a teaser-y thing, but perhaps Batman's hands are magnetic. :o
