The Middleman Posted October 24, 2005 Posted October 24, 2005 It is based on the comics/TV show. I expect to see Arkham Asylum, the Batmobile (maybe more than one... ;)), the Batwing, and the Batcave. Villains will include Joker, Two-Face, Catwoman, and possibly the Riddler. More are possible as well.

xwingyoda Posted October 24, 2005 Posted October 24, 2005 Hey Jay, we are not suppose to tell the details yet !!! Thanks in advance !!! Guys, you will see this fantastic line in due time ;)
snefroe Posted October 24, 2005 Posted October 24, 2005 i'm a bit confused... Batman didn't do that well in the US? sure 200 million$ or so, but clearly not enough to set up a lego based theme? HP and spidey, sure, those had massive box office results, but batman? the results in Europe were even very weak!

Seriously though, Toy Stores do seem to be going through lots of Bat goods. High numbers in shops doesn't necessarily mean low sales, can mean the flip side.

The Middleman Posted October 24, 2005 Posted October 24, 2005 Hey Jay, we are not suppose to tell the details yet !!! Thanks in advance !!!Guys, you will see this fantastic line in due time ;) Well Yoda, I could hypothetically have different sources from you guys, and I didn't post it on the main page, so I think it's ok for me personally to post. It's just like if any other member came in with info. ;) @ Matt - shhhhhhhh! They can't know... :-D ;) @ SuvieD/Christian - I haven't seen pics, and the reason I didn't share my rumored news (wink wink nudge nudge) was because it was a little too early. Now that the teaser pic is out and more pics are probably on their way, I'd say the possible info I shared is pretty safe. Anyway, on topic, let's stop bickering. I am SERIOUSLY excited about this line. Lots of possibility. Do you think they'll do flesh colored heads for a non-live action license? That's my main question... but I'm also wondering if the Batcave will come with lots of BURPs... *twisted*

DoubleT Posted October 24, 2005 Posted October 24, 2005 Be pation...... you now know of Batman..thats a great thing right?.....stay tuned ;) Oh and the soup was great *twisted*
Christian Posted October 24, 2005 Posted October 24, 2005 Just a fair question: Have anyone on this website seen pics? I promise that I will not ask for any further descriptions if someone says that they have seen the sets, atleast I will not ask that specific person. BTW I understand if nobody wants to answer my question

The batcave will be an "indoor" set I am guessing and will have no walls. Much like the HP sets inside the castle. "You know what this means" "Holy bones and flesh tones Batman! "To the batcave Robin!"
