Hey guys! Saw new sets today. At the Warehouse. Had The Republic Swamp speeder ($60) Trifighter ($55) and Landspeeder ($50) They had every star wars set apart from the ARC. Also had all the new PM, can't remember prices though. :wink:

I nearly died when I felt how light the RSS was :cry_sad:

For new sets, I was at Kmart yesterday, which also had the new PM sets and possibly the Tri-fighter. The Magma Mech was only $36, which should be a steal once there is a 20% off sale for it!

Today I went to the Warehouse and Farmers. This is what I can remember:

- both the red car and helicopter Creator sets are in the Warehouse. I didn't get either, the car looks under-tyred and the heli has a garish colour scheme.

- new Powerminers at Farmers

- Landspeeder $40 at Farmers

- Tri Fighter and Swamp Speeder (Warehouse) both are very overpriced and light in weight. One was $55 the other $60. I think most kids would be disappointed when they opened those sets up after saving up (a considerable amount) for them :sadnew:

Personally, I'm awaiting the Technic pneumatic set and with any luck the Imperial Flagship.

Well I didnt manage to find the Swamp speeder or the Tri Fighter anywhere so I bought myself the concrete mixer which is nice and Ambush in Cairo because I really wanted a final Indy set and its really good.

Yup, the Landspeeder was on special. I didn't get one because my sister got one a while back, $42 @ Moore Wilsons.

I hope there isn't a price jump between now and August, I really like the look of Slave 1. No idea on how much it'll be.

Im guessing it will be about $230-$250 ish. I think the CTT will be more expensive than it making it the second most expensive set for that wave. Im still going to get in no matter what the cost.

Well, I just got a second job at the Warehouse... I now have staff discount at TWL and Toyworld! just considerably less time to collect figures :/

In other news, I am about to complete my Agents minifigure collection. I just need these two.

Exactly my thinking. Pick up swamp speeder at 20% off, wait for 30% off (or at least 25%) at farmers to get Landspeeder

Im so conflicting on weither to get the Swamp Speeder and Tri Fighter now or wait until the next wave of sets come out and buy them on SW.com along with all the sets I want with that wave. :sceptic: They are really cheap if I buy them of SW.com but I would have to wait to get them and the Swamp speeder looks like a great set.

What do you guys think?

Oh right so it pretty cheap at the warehouse. I didnt really know how much 20% would affect it. I just hope the local warehouse has it in stock because I have been in there a few times and they only have the Midi scale MF and assassin droid bps.

$48 is quite good, and Im pretty sure warehouse won't do better, they never go higher then 20% in their sales. :hmpf_bad:
