Or alternatively I will pay whatever they cost (to those of you who have already offered to buy them for me!) I have clones and shadowtroopers (black Stormtrooper dudes) Battledroids and Super Battledroids to exchange. I have dozens / hundreds of the listed figures I have to exchange, so I wont run out... They have a black and white cheat sheet with barcodes, don't know where they got it from. But the good news is, they have programmed the shop scanner with the 16 minifig barcodes, so they just scanned the packets to find the ones I wanted Great service

They actually had the same cheat sheet I had, so I'd been carrying it around for no reason for the last week. I got mine today. I guess its easier for them to scan it than have everyone handling them, and also people are going to buy them from some place where they know what they're going to get. It's good service and good for business. I wonder what they'll do when the packets no longer have barcodes... start playing by the rules, I guess. Incidentally I saw the 'City House' at the Warehouse yesterday.

I keep looking at them, but as cool as they are, I can't help but see that at $5 a pop, that money could definately be put to better use other places in my collection, unfortunately. On that note, I'm looking to expand my part collection. I am therefore looking for bulk bricks and plates. I know Eurobricks probably isn't the place to ask, as you're all wanting more too, but I thought I might as well ask. Would like to trade(I'm sure I'd have something you want...) but I may pay cash, depanding on what you've got. Cheers guys
Logbo Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Earthquake Update: Logboville is fine. but currently the passenger train is out of action along with the helicopter taxi, both suffered falls and the cockpits are smashed on both. Dunno how im gonna replace them with out claiming EQ insurance on both sets. though having an extra passenger train would be cool. but it was the only things in our entire house i lost. The whole table thats its on moved out from the wall by about 1 metre all told. but all my modular stuff is fine. except the train and helicopter that fell down hanging from the roof. 42" Sony TV moved 80 odd cm along the length of my draws, but didn't move forward the 10cm towards the front of the draws to topple over. also mini system speakers were hanging just off the side of my wifes draws ready to fall off and crack her in the head. So happy my lego table survived. wonder if the nice Lego rep could get me spare parts.

They would be pretty heartless if they didnt send you something. i work next door to toyworld shirley. they are going to see what they can do, pretty good of them imo as Helicopter limo was a farmers exclusive set. will see how it goes. hopefully they can come through for me as i ticked up the cargotrain there last week and will be getting the city transport hub after that. isnt city house exclusive????if so is it only the warehouse since people have seen it there?

Checked my local Warehouse with no signs of Series 1 or 2 so are they even expected to be selling the minifigs? Went to Toy World then and they had one box of Series 2 and only 5 Series 1 on hooks. So Series 1 seems to be fading out fast or is this just my area?

Spoke to my Toyworld contact the other day and he confirmed that 8403 City House is a Warehouse exclusive. I picked up one yesterday at 20% off. Built it and really like the detail inside and out. Checked my local Warehouse with no signs of Series 1 or 2 so are they even expected to be selling the minifigs? The Blenheim Warehouse has series 2. I have picked up all 16 using the barcode cheat sheet. They still have 2 boxes of series 1.

If you want series 1, grab them fast! still a box of S1 at toyworld shirley. they just got WINTER TOY SHOP in (x4) ...... rather 3 left now i got my hands on one. and 5 boxes of series two... should i go buy all the spartans? also the dude came in from next door and we printed off the barcode sheet so they can sell you the correct ones as well. seams like most toyworlds are doing it after the chaos of S1

I'm a bit like that, sometimes. "Hey, there's this new magazine where you can collect Agatha Christie DVDs!" "Er, do I even like Agatha Christie that much?" "Who cares, I can totally collect the DVDs!!! And when you line them all up, the spines read 'Agatha Christie'!" Also they are really expensive for what they are and I would rather spend that money on something else. My local kmart has the tantive IV in stock for $259. I'd anyone had that set do you think it's worth that price?
