Sounds like some pretty good sales on soon. Is there a start date for all these sales or are they on now?

I was really hoping K-mart would bring in 10212 UCS Imperial Shuttle, But I guess not. Thats annoying, I spose I'll have to bring it in myself. There's no way I'll be paying the $550 Toyworld is bound to charge

Might pass on this years sales TBH. Oh well :classic:

Just got the Farmers toy mailer!!!

There's a big circle with the last year BPs (Rebel and Snow battle packs) and Hoth Wampa Cave. There's sets are HALF PRICE! :cry_happy: BPs are $12! Wampa cave is $50!

The Endor set - 7956 and sith night speeder - 7957 are both $48!

Thats it for the SW, there are city and ninjago and space sets listed aswell.

I just can't believe the battle packs are $12, its like a dream come true  I think the endor/sith speeder price isn't bad aswell.

Looked on warehouse online and the V-wing is $35. Interesting they didn't reduce the naboo battle aswell, it's still $50.

Really? Thats pritty good! I might pick up a few battlepacks I think. Plus mabye an Endor, although I still feel even $48 is overpriced to be honest.

On another note, I don't suppose anyone here has an NXT rechargable battery or two? I'm desperately after a couple :classic:

Crawler Crane actually $59.99. Bought some Pharaohs Quest sets. 2 x 7306 for the motorbike and 7307 for the bi plane.

P.S. To harmacy, Taupo Hobby Expo is on 23/24 July. I will be displaying a 7.2m x 1.2m LEGO train display again. Not far from Tauranga, hint.

does anyone know where i could buy cars 2 figures from?

all I need is miles axelord and shu todoroki.

I can think of two options:

Bricklink the parts for them and buy those.

Buy the sets, take out the parts you want, resell the sets incomplete.

Other than that i think you'll have a hard time getting them seperate, unless someone here only wants certain parts of the sets they come in. :classic:

Toyco has all its SW lego on sale at the moment. Nothing drastic. Not sure about the other themes.

Does anyone know if you can still buy kingdoms/castle sets? Because I have been reintroduced and am looking to buy some sets, though I haven't had any luck finding any. The only place that I have been able to find them is on the Lego website and I don't know where items from there would be coming from. Can anyone help?

EDIT: Wow.. mind black below. Had completely forgetten about the newer wave being released :sceptic::laugh:

Those were put on clearance at most places a few months ago. Toyworld may have them if you're lucky, but I haven't seen them in a while.

I'd suggest Checking out brickiink to be honest, Our dollar is very strong (and still getting stronger) to the US at the moment, making importing look quite nice to the ol' bank account :classic:

oh that's a shame, thanks for the suggestions though. I have used bricklink a few times but only ever from GELO so I may check out a few more stores on bricklink but to save shopping around could you give me a few stores that may be useful?

Wow, I fully just had a complete mind-blank. Sorry mate. I'd forgotten they're bringing out a new wave of kingdoms sets. Are you after the latest ones or the last wave? The last wave was the lot that has been cleared, although the new sets should be out either now or coming in over the next while. Sorry about that. Although, none the less, Bricklink will be cheaper. This guy came up in my 2 minute search, appearing to have the best prices. Do check it out though - it'll vary depending on exactly what sets your after. Postage would need to be taken into account, But good deals none the less :classic:

That's fine, I don't mind which wave. I really haven't put much time in searching yet, though I did check out a few stores and I found some that might help. I'll check that store out now, thanks for the help

Boo! Got the dreaded customs letter in the mail this morning :cry_sad:

I bought the Imperial shuttle and Pet shop from the same BL seller in the states for $440US inc postage (at the time = $530NZD), and now have to pay an extra $102 to get it released. It still works out significantly cheaper than buying retail (when they get here that is), or buying direct from Lego.com, BUT - its still a pain. :hmpf_bad:
