Yes, just that - 2 lots of 4, the lots being a mirror image of each other. sleigher maybe you should get both Death stars and build them together, like someone did here, there is a topic somewhere in SW forum, you will have to dig it out, but it has very very cool pics of combining the 2 sets together Sounds intriuging - I'll have to have a look for that. I ended up passing on the 10143 DS II, but I'm sure another one will pop up one day. As you say, plenty of the 10188s at K Mart Albany still...... Just scored a $200 Venator a few minutes ago - darn TM impulse buying :-).

I put one at Kmart on layby today, so not too gutted. Im paying $199 more than the TM auction, but at least this way I have 8 weeks to pay it off, so its not to damaging to the bank Account:) Bottom line is, is I now have a DS playset (well, in 8 weeks anyway...) and that makes me a happy chappy.

Today is the last day but from what I heard about how much stock is still sitting around then I won't surprise if you can pick up the DS and AT-OT cheap later unless they pull the stock to fill the layby orders. Harmacy I thought with the layby you can't pickup until Dec?

Im really tempted to just go on the S@H website and buy the remaining sets I want because the home one and pirate tank havent shown up anywhere in NZ but they have overseas. But then if they do get released then I would miss out on sales and getting them cheaper. For me its wait and get them cheaper or pay full price and get them right now. What do you guys think I should do?

The DS wasnt included in their 'Christmas Deals', so I only got it on standard 8 week layby. Ill probably try and pay it off sooner, cos Ive run out of things to build..... Just finished my uber cheap UCS ATST that i picked up - Very Cool model, a bit wobbly, but i guess its keeping in with the spirit of the ROTJ live action counterparts.

The only way it can be worthwhile is if you buy a whole lot and spread the shipping costs like I did a while back when I combine with some mates for one big order. We're speculating here and there's probably a pefectly valid reason for why she has so much Lego to sell and is willing to accept such big discounts on RRP. We probably shouldn't speculate much further since its not really our business and we may be damaging her reputation unfairly. Just hate to think that there's people speculating about something I'm doing on a forum somewhere without me knowing it. Anyway, to head back more onto topic I think it will really hurt if you buy Home One and the Pirate Tank from S@H only to find them in the shops not long after. They will get to NZ so its just a matter of finding other things to keep yourself amused while you wait.

The jetpacks are cool, and I really like the fact that the droids 'tread' isn't loose, On that note, the side, erh 'skirt boards' can move up and down, as it travels over vaired terrain. When At WGTN Moore Wilsons, I saw, All of the new IJ sets, It looks like they just stocked up. A hot chick, (methinks they don't stock those anymore) Most of the new SW lego, still no Home One or pirate tank.. But they do have endor.. And yeah, the main thing I knoticed was alll the new IJ sets. H2F

Check above the shelves as well, if that's where your Toyworld keeps their newest LEGO sets. Chances are that if they've got it, they're keeping it of the shelves, so that they don't need to loose 20% (and most of their profit) from it. They might not appreciate you trying to buy it if you find it, but you might be able to talk them into selling just one. My Toyworld took their Echo Base sets off the shelves for the duration of the sale.
