Visited Kmart St Lukes today and found that they put up the prices of many of the Lego Star Wars. The only one still selling at a good discount to RRP is Vader's Tie (still $59). Didn't see any AAT so can't be sure whether that one gone up too. Looks like the good times at Kmart is over. Now I just hope they compensate by having 20% off sales rather than 15%.

On a diff topic, anyone know whether we can buy decal paper for use in a laser or inkjet printer in NZ?

The Warehouse in the Auckland CBD ... in the Downtown Shopping Mall has some Pirate Tanks last time I was there ... 3 weeks ago? Good luck.

Modelcrafts & Hobbies in Wellington said they could get it but it was ~$8 per A4 which seemed a bit steep. Available in white and clear tho I'm not sure what they stock if any. If you find a source I'd like to know.

Just got back from Farmers, picked up Ambush in Cario, it was $25, then I spent 6 on pulse gum!

WOW. I could never bring myself to pay full price for a lego set!

Haha ... a sentiment shared by me. So far the only set I paid full price on was the ARC-170. I don't count those older sets that I missed in the year of their release (eg Imperial Inspection and Watto's Junkyard) that I paid more than RRP for years after their release.

Neither. If i did i would only own 1/2 as much lego

Saw the Taj today :cry_happy: *Drool* I so want it :cry_happy:

Also saw the VW. that one didn't really appeal to methough. I also noticed a chrome gold C-3PO PEN :oh: . $15.

It's the crap ones made in china, but still intresting.

Only pens are made in china, don't worry

Not that i have anything against China, I just dislike the lack of quality comparing to other lego products

BTW, Taj was at toyworld, $660

wow that is a lot of lego! I wonder who would buy that much of it though? If I was him id just sell it in sets, might be a longer process but you would get more money and more people would be happy to buy a $30 set than $6000 worth of lego and some of it they may not want.

I was also surfing trademe and found a hamilton person who was selling the home one and pirate tank so hopefully they got them from round here! :cry_happy: . Also, has this been posted? Its the Slave I. I cant remember :sceptic:

Looks like it's going to someone as a gift, not for personal profit of the winner, which is always nice to know when someone gets a bargain. You should feel good about that Legoman. :classic:

Yeah... Same :cry_sad:

I guess that's the nature of $1 NR though, you win some, you lose some :sweet:

Where'd you get that idea? If it's right, that is cool though.
