CommanderFox Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 Went round Farmers, Whitcoulls, Kmart, warehouse and Toys R Fun today. Farmers have 15% off toys! Also at the Albany Farmers, if anyones keen, they have Brickbeard's Bounty on clearence - $130! Brand new! I think there where 4 or 5 of them. Warehouse had quite afew Tri fighters and Swamp Speeders and a Defender, all at normal prices though. I badly wanted to pick up a swamp speeder. TRF said they had 50% off toys but I had a look and they where all RRP prices. In the end I bought a little Pirate impulse - 8396, and it is a very nice little set. CommanderFox

jp-30 Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 Warehouse have their ususal 25% voucher off toys if you spend over $20 on Easter Eggs. Now I have to (a) find a warehouse with Endor or Home One and (b) somehow justify to myself that they're worth it, even with 1/4 off the price.

What's more interesting is that for the school holidays (2 - 18 Apr) the first 15 customers each day to Kelly Tarlton who presents the voucher found in the Lego Club magazine will receive an Atlantis gift bag with an exclusive Atlantis Mini Sub, Poster and a Key Chain. Better check out what the admissions to Kelly Tarlton is these days and see if those freebies will be worth it ... probably need to go as soon as they open in the morning too.

Lucky you got the magazine! That does sound like a very nice deal, but I think it might be quite expensive these days. TM has alot of good priced sets at the moment! So much to buy! Because its the same as PoP, movie comes out-mad rush, few months later, cheap sets! Yes please! That Quidditch MOC is screaming to me. Its annoying though that they don't do that for SW. But yeah Im really hoping the PoP and HP get heavily discounted cause their pieces look really great. On another note my little brother bought the tan creator house a few days ago. Ive been tuning my mocing skills with it and its a pretty interesting set with great pieces!
