It's most likely custom.

I like it, but his nose should probably be smaller, it's hard to see with only one picture.

Lurtz is the Uruk-Hai leader who killed Boromir in 'The Fellowship of the Ring'. It looks pretty good for a first attempt. Did you make that head or cut up Kit Fisto's?

It's not that good, but it is also not that bad.

The hair is quite good. I don't know how you could make the face better.

I like everything but the head. I hate those head designs-nothing personally. To me, the minifigure just loses its charm. I perosnally like to stick with the old fashion round style. U could have used black round head and add red in it, it would have looked much better.
