I'd like to show you some of my older works from post-apocalyptic theme.

the whole gallery is here. Let's do it in order I built them:

Chopper

This one could by sci-fi, but I prefer to put it in this theme. Inspirated by Half Life 2 chopper (the rotor behind cockpit). It represents the hi-tech world and it carries various weapons.

Chariot scout

Inspirated by "The Postman" movie. They often used half a car dragged by a horse. This one is much modificated. It represents destroyed world where just a little of technical stuff remains used and people use horses rather then cars. And meelee weapons are used again :classic:

Petrol truck

This one is not inspirated by "Mad Max 2" movie. I haven't even seen it when I built this. World is using petrol again and it's being stolen, so it has to be protected! It is built in same style as Chariot scout is.

Steampunk plane

This isn't actually post-apoc., it's my first steampunk attempt. Wings can be bent in many positions. There is nothing more to say anout this, enjoy pictures.

Desert rider

This is typical post-apoc. vehicle (for me). It is a modification of contemporary car, equipped with weapons, satelite, antenna and :skull:. Behind seats is plenty of useful stuff (rope, barrel, crossbow). I built this just few days ago.

Hope you'll like my models :)

Nice! All the models are great [any chance we can get a group shot?] but I especially like the helicopter, the bent tail makes it look like a wasp and it certainly looks like it could survive an apocalypse.

I really like the patrol truck. It looks nice. The Steam-punk plane is also great.

Quality models. I like the steampunk plane most, probably, but the tanker and car are equally well imagined!

Very detailed, love the skull in the hood there

that is not possible, except the last car, they are all already disassembled.

Helicopter is my absolute favorite! The hunched look gives it that apoctalyptic look. The plane is second, then the truck.

BTW. What does truck have on it's trailer?

Great, so much great post-apocfulness!!! I'm gonna have to build atleast a few figs for this now.

Brilliant stuff Spacerunner, as a huge post-apoc fan I must say you've really knocked the ball out of the park with this one! I love that chopper, so unique, though I want it to carry a big bomb!

The cart is pretty cool, but most of all I like the type of post-apoc there: Medieval Post-Apoc, never seen that before!

The truck while pretty good is admittingly my least favourite, though I do like the cylinder.

The plane however, is pure win! It's so cute too, I love its stubbly little wings and array of weaponry.

The car is absolute brilliance. All the stuff is incorporated so well, especially the rear gun and equipment. And is that a red magnifying glass? What set did that come in?

Overall a very neat package, do you plan on any other mocs?

Batbrick Away!

That is tank with petrol. But everyone can imagine whatever he wants inside :classic:

The cart idea is from "The Postman" movie. I just added crossbows and swords. Medieval Post-Apoc is something I'm really intrested, I'd like to make some more models in this theme.

Red magnifying glass came out when I was taking a "Lego break" (2002 - 2007) and I first noticed it on Nannan's Black Fantasy MOCs (I believe you guys know what I'm talking about. google if you don't - wonderfull stuff). At first I thought he made it himself. Some time later I was told it came in Alpha Team series. Last month I bought two of them and this is first moc I used it :classic:

About planning other mocs... of course I do. But there aren't any post-apoc on my mind right now

I think you should give the chopper Stinger missiles and name it "The Wasp", serial #K1LL3RW45P.

Honestly though, these vehicles are insane awesome. the small hot-rod car looks like it belongs to Robert Neville (I Am Legend main character).

Just 1 question, why would some of the vehicles have pikes, crossbows, and guns all at once? toss the crossbows at least.
