KimT Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Then my top pick would be: Metallic silver with "on-line name" (for me KimT) in black engraving Dark blue with yellow "Eurobricks" Yellow with red "EB Günzburg 2009"
CopMike Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 I don´t think a logo will be possible, or am I totally wrong here. For me just a "Eurobricks Event #5" is enough: It´s possible: Then my top pick would be:Metallic silver with "on-line name" (for me KimT) in black engraving Dark blue with yellow "Eurobricks" Yellow with red "EB Günzburg 2009" To me that´s to many colors, just like Holodoc´s badge ! I would prefere for example only Dark Blue with white text and maybe a yellow logo.CopMike
DJ Force Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 I have to speak for the ones I´m bringing with me here. They don´t really need the Extras as they like Lego, but not enough to be in need of nametags or rare bricks/minifig parts. My wife collects castle but isn´t a MOCer. My sister collects no Lego at all. And my daughter not even plays with Duplo yet

You will have to ask for another extras package for your family/best friend/whoever.
DJ Force Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Oh, allright However... A DUPLO brick with engraved name would be a lovely gift for my daughter
Aredhel Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 Hey guys, though I was not very active the last time I would like to participate too and get a badge :D I just hope that nothing will come between that to really get there ... because that is not quite sure right now... If I will come it would be the saturday and/or sunday... Just would have to check where to sleep if it would be both days... (Was a bit too late and its too unsure for the booking :S, but I think that can be managed in a way... Greetings, Dana PS I think about 30 Euros would be ok... I really like KimT's idea... metallic with black for the name (Aredhel) sounds really great :D
Holodoc Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 ... If I will come it would be the saturday and/or sunday... Just would have to check where to sleep if it would be both days... I´ve got the perfect solution for you! Just PM me, if you´re still loking for a accommodation.

I really like KimT's idea... metallic with black for the name (Aredhel) sounds really great :D Hi Dana! You really would need to decide if you want a badge or not VERY soon. The badges are allready decided, and we already have them, and they are right now in Norway There is no 30 € choice anymore, since everybody wanted the 50 € choice. A big pile of those bricks are alreday bought for. So therefore, no 30 € choice. I really hope you will manage to come though. Would be fun if you stayed more then a few houers this time as well I will try to convince LCG (LegoCastleGirl) to come as well. If just for a day to say "Hi". She lives so close afterall. -Ras-
Jipay Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 Ras, my GF isn't a member and that's ok if there's only her real name as a badge. Also note that I'll take two 50€ packages, one for me and one for her !
Quarryman Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 The badges are allready decided, and we already have them, and they are right now in Norway What a great place for them to be!

Just PM me, if you´re still loking for a accommodation. Thanks for that... I will write an PM as soon as I know when I get train tickets to there... Greetings, Dana
Ras 74 Posted April 5, 2009 Author Posted April 5, 2009 It is noted that there will be a badge for Jipays girlfriend, and also one for Aredhel. Will be great to see you at the event one more time Aredhel. Have meet you a few times in between now... wonder why -Ras-
Holodoc Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 ONE WORD (o.k. more than one... ) ABOUT TICKETS TO THE PARK: The normal entrance fees (season pass) at LL Germany are 55€ per adult and 50€ per child -> 105€ for me. Until today I would have done the following: buy 1 day ticket 34€ -20% coupon = 27,20€, next day buy season pass for 21€ (hope this works: 55€-34€ ). plus for my son 28€-20%=22,40€+22€=44,80 Grand total: 93€ For all those people who want to enter the park as cheap as possible, here are two alternatives: If you join 1000steine.de as a "plus-member", you will have to pay at least 9€ for a six month membership. Within doing this you get a special offer for a one day Legoland ticket: It´ll cost you 18€ (instead of 34€ per adult or 28€ for children). With the 1000steine offer it ends up in paying 36€ for the first day and hopefully 43€ for the season pass on the second day. Bill: 79€ +9€ for the membership = 88€ That´s another 5€ to spend on bricks! I know this is a bit complicated, so here´s another opportunity: For all those who own a payback-card. Sorry, I think this will exclude all foreign eventees. If you order a Legoland ticket online, you´ll receive 1.000 payback-points. That is 10€! (This offer is valid until 13th of april only - so hurry!) Bill: 24€+18€(1st day) + 21€+22€(season pass) = 85€ If you have other opportunities to save (more) money on the entrance fees, please post them here! 43 days to go!
Ras 74 Posted April 7, 2009 Author Posted April 7, 2009 You could just have writen it all in German. It was way to complicated for me with such a low IQ of 74 I will buy a season pass from the first day, this will cost me 55 €. This was as much info that I needed. Thanks alot Holodoc! -Ras-
CopMike Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 ONE WORD (o.k. more than one... ) ABOUT TICKETS TO THE PARK:43 days to go! Hm, let´s see: Yes, seems to be about right ! CopMike
Holodoc Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Ok, wise guys: What about this: Easy enough for you?
KimT Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 You can still get a day for free using the Danish/British/American season passes right?
Holodoc Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 You can still get a day for free using the Danish/British/American season passes right? At least that´s how it worked last year, when I got my "Fabrik" bricks in Günzburg with my annual pass from Billund. But you´ll be in the park for three days... And even two days are more expenisve than buying another annual pass.
KimT Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 Guess I'll have to buy another season pass then.. Darn the fact that I've just renewed my Danish pass
