Thanks Kim for adding a poll, and thanks everyone for you taking part so far! I am really surprised with the results so far - and still curious how it goes on! Thanks a lot!

Since almost all of my LSW collection is ships, most of my minifigs are sitting in the pilots' seats. The rest are all arranged on a big green baseplate. I don't have flesh and yellow split up; I keep them organized by character (e.g., all of the clones together, Hans together, etc.)

I started out with both and didn't really care about the colour. But now I am slowly, very slowy changing them into fleshies.

Somehow it just looks better. Now when I put them together the yellow heads look funny.

For my non-SW stuff its yellow all the way! So no mixing there.

All the yellows have been purged from my Star Wars collection

I have no trouble with fleshies and clone wars fleshies mixed together - but fleshies and yellow - no!

Personally, with the exception of the awful Anakain CW fig, I find CW figs go perfectly with standard SW figs - always though regular SW faces were a bit bland, I prefer the CW look - more distinctive

I fortunately started collecting Lego in 2005, after the flesh switch. I'm glad I did so, because yellow Star Wars or Harry Potter figures mixed with the flesh ones would have driven me to insanity.

And does anyone really care if they have pupils or not? I never even notice those things. Hell, I even mix CW figures with regular ones.

Right now I have my yellow figs stored away and just display my fleshie minifigures. As far as pupils go, I tend to not mix the CW style faces with the regular eyes since they seem too out of place. However, I do make an exception with the "aliens" such as Ahsoka and such; I prefer the smaller eyes though and usually switch out faces if the fig has a CW face.

I only started to collect SW lego at the start of 2008 so I don't even have any yellow faces. If I come across some from Lego in general (like the minifigures in City) then they just have to get along together.

I mix them and don't mix them!

I have most of my LEGO on display as relates to a various scenes or areas from the movies. Whichever head colour is dominant in that scene or part of my display, I'll MOD all heads to be that colour. For instance...

Tatooine - Part of my display is dedicated to Tatooine so has Jabba's Palace, Mos Eisley, Tusken Raiders, etc. in that space. As most of the heads are yellow, I'll MOD any flesh headed minifigs I put into the scene to yellow.

Hoth - I've got many flesh minifigs for Hoth including Han, Leia, Luke and Hoth Rebels centred around the Hoth set, making flesh the best colour for the minifigs in this display. I've got a few of the slightly older yellow headed Hoth Rebels in this display this so have MODed them with flesh heads.

Cloud City - Most of the minifigs here are yellow - with the exception of Lando - so any new fleshie figures added to the display I'll MOD to yellow. I have a neat little Bespin Guard minifig with the new stubbly yellow smiley face... he looks great!

So the minifigs have the same coloured heads if they're in the same scene. That's just an example of how I display some of my LEGO. As I have a large mix of flesh and yellow heads it works for me. The addition of new sets means that I'll have many more flesh than yellow, but I'm happy with that - I prefer flesh heads in my LEGO Star Wars now :classic:

...so can we have a flesh head smiley emote?!

I've ditched the yellows heads and replaced with flesh colored ones. I even went as far as tracking down flesh colored arms (off a Patrick minifig) for Dagohba Luke. As for the eyes it doesn't bother me to much and I leave that be. The hardest replacement head though, was finding one for Biggs.
