Cole Blaq Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 (edited) Hi everybody, my alias name is Cole Blaq. I have rediscovered my liking of Lego in the beginning of 2008 after my 'dark ages'. Since then I am continuously building MOCs, mainly spaceships but not restricted. I also try my hands on other stuff... First I only used Brickshelf (username Metabaron), but now developed some ambition to communicate and collaborate more intense with other Lego builders. So I found my way into Flickr (alongside a new username at Brickshelf), FBTB and finally here. I am a 32-year old guy who lives in Düsseldorf, Germany, but whose roots lay in Bristol, UK. I really appreciate constructive feedback regarding my builds and also try to encourage and support others. I am married to a wonderful woman who has born me a wonderful son. My hobbies are my interest in art and design, lifelong learning, Sci-Fi, music and everything else what I like...and of course doing the Lego thing. So much for the beginning. Good build to everyone Cole Blaq Edit: Sorry for the two orthographic mistakes in the headline, but unfortunately cannot change them... Edited April 6, 2009 by Cole Blaq Quote

Unfortunately I don´t know any good german speaking SF orientated LEGO sites... but for meetings and conventions (and much more of course) 1000Steine´s an excellent source, and for Österreich I can recommend the Lego Gemeinschaft Österreich... PS: Ich frag´mich ob man wohl gleich eine ganze Kuh panieren könnte... Quote

Quote
KimT Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Welcome to Eurobricks. You want to make a wienerschnitzel out of bricks? - Or is my German really dusty? This year's event is in Günzburg and perhaps you could drop by and say hello to the rest of us? Check the event forum for dates and stuff like that. Quote

I heard of Warhammer 40k, but never seen anything directly only now and then a comment on it or an adaption of some kind of war gear... I think it is an online game and / of real life playable with figs and models and stuff like that? Peace Cole Blaq Quote
