Since there's no Lego store anywhere near I live (in Belgium),

Where are you in Belgium?

I am in Brussels and the store in Lille is not that far away: 1h20 by car, and the town there is nice to visit at the same time ;)

I've been to Brickbuildr already, and the results for two of the stores I'm interested in are a bit old (a few months).

Have you tried http://www.wallofbricks.com yet? It's much easier to update than Brickbuildr so many people are switching to it. The Chicago store at least was updated this week, I didn't check the others.

Thanks! I'll bookmark it but according to the site my closest PAB wall (Overland Park, Kansas City, Mo) is currently emptier than my bank account.

Thanks for the link, but many stores I checked were empty. However, it's nice to have an alternative to Brickbuildr.

ooh 1x1 round tiles came to Canada? Grr my US store says neither those nor the olive green cheese are on their list of things they can order. Here's hoping they make it since I've only seen them across the pond so far.

Yes, the 1x1 round tiles and olive green cheese were at my local store in Canada. I didn't grab any of the cheese. The rounds made good filler for the bottom of the cup. Strange US store couldn't order them.

Hi. It was at the Fairview store in Toronto. Might be a real trip if you're in B.C. :classic:

Mine said that too. :hmpf_bad: . Wonder why.

I went to the Lego shop in Brighton and could not believe it: they had the 1x2 light gray bricks with maconnery. I took one full cup of those with olive cheese slope and a few 2x2 light grey tiles.

Wow! Great loot! I really hope my store gets some of those pieces soon. :hmpf_bad: . The manager told me they weren't even available for US stores to order.

I got my stock of masonry bricks at the Factory store in Legoland park. It's great to hear that this specific part is coming to PaB walls, so it'll be easier (and cheaper) to get.

All those delicious colours and pieces that have been in Europe, they are arriving over in the US!!!

They weren't even on the wall yet, I asked for a few I remembered and they pulled them from the back.

oh so you used tape on the inside of the lid to hold them in? Interesting tactic, I might try that...

Tape works well to hold items under the lid. The only drawback is you have to peel the Lego pieces off the tape when you get home. :classic:

I had a similar haul from the Schaumburg, IL store yesterday and they had the 1x2 trans light blue tiles and omnidirectional bricks too! They had most of the good pieces in boxes off to the side just waiting for spaces to open on the wall. Someone had already taken most of the trans light blue tiles, though. Probably my best haul ever!

Hit the San Mateo / Hillsdale store yesterday, and they had all of the ones you got (except perhaps the 1x2 lavender plates), plus:

  • 1x2 trans blue tiles!
  • 2x2 white jumper plates
  • trans blue and purple 1x1 cones
  • palm fronds

I ended up getting four cups worth of it all. So you might want to drive up to San Mateo!
