CrazyDalton777 Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 Bought two large cups from Disneyland Paris LEGO store in December, when I came home I lost the cups - thought that I left them in the hotel or something. Today, I found them in a hidden slot of the suitcase that I used. I am not very good at packing the cups so you will all think that I could have got a lot more in there but here we go: 2 pick a brick cups. by DaltonWilliams123, on Flickr Quote
antp Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 I am not very good at packing the cups Better at hiding the cups themselves :D Quote
Venunder Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 I just made my first trip to the PAB wall buying 3 large cups for £30.60 and packed in 4550 small vegetation, palm leaves, green headlight bricks, green hinges and 1x1 clear and clear blue pieces. The S@H cost of the parts would be about £425. :) I think I will be going back for some more...... Quote
brickbuilder711 Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 Nice "green haul"! Based on the PAM teasers, I think some of those are parts that will come in a future model so a little patience and we'll spam our cups with curved slopes. Quote
stevkir Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 I used to live 10 minutes away from the nearest LEGO store and now I am 2 hours to the North. I miss that store Quote
Ambo100 Posted April 26, 2015 Posted April 26, 2015 (edited) Brighton PAB 26th April 2015 Large Cup - 665 Pieces Compact Parts Large Cup filled loosely Parts Quantity I hardly had any hinges (plates + bricks) or brackets, so it was great to be able find these at a PAB wall. I don't mind that most of the parts were in green, they should be useful for some future project. The odd pink plates and tiles I picked up because it had occurred to me that I had absolutely no bricks in that colour in my collection, and it's always nice to have a few extra parts of a different colour. Lego Otaku Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 I've had lots of black hinge plates but never seen green one available. I may need to go there and see if Troy store got anything nice. Quote
kinggregus Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Last week-end, I was in luck, There was the piece I am using the most: 1x1 Bricks with stud on side in light blueish grey. I may have been a bit over my head as I filled nearly half of a large cup with those. Other than that, I took a few headlight bricks in green, 2x2 plates in yellow, 2x2 tiles in yellow, Palm Tree tops, 1x1 round tiles in light blueish grey. Quote
peedeejay Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Yeah the 1x1 brick with stud on one side are hitting LEGO stores in Germany as well. Lego Dino 500 Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Sweet. Can't wait til I hit the Lego store today, looks like there'll be plenty of hinges, plates, SNOT bricks, and curved plates in green to make some trains. Now if only I had some driver wheels and more cars. Quote
antp Posted May 4, 2015 Posted May 4, 2015 Results from my visit to Lille (France) store: Lots of new parts, most were already seen on this thread, though: LBG & tan 1x4 bricks LBG 1x1 round tiles (finally! I see these all the time here, it is the first time I can get them) LBG 2x2x2 slopes DBG 2x2 inverted slopes green 1x2 brackets red 1x2 tiles dark red 1x2 bricks (I see these since my first trip to that store years ago, each time I take a few) tan 1x2 plates (they were not on the wall, I asked if they had 1x2 plates in grey or similar color, that was all that they had in stock) green 1x2 plates with clips + plates with handle (not sure I took equal quantities, I just took a handful of each) green & LBG 2x2 plates green 1x2 & 1x4 curved slopes redbrown 1x4 tiles white 1x1 round tiles with eye pattern green 1x1 headlight brick LBG 1x1 brick with stud on side white 1x2 plate with 2 handles white 1x4x3 window + glass green hinge plates Two models made from PaB parts were displayed: I updated the list on http://www.brickbuil...b/side/off/107/ but it is not easy since the site has a few bugs, and missing parts & pics. Cara Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 Has anyone seen all those green pieces or the grey 1x1 with stud on the side, on any wall in the US? Quote
Boettner Builds Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 I've seen the yellow version of the gray 1x1 with a stud on the side, but not the gray. Quote
kibosh Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 Me neither. Those are some sweet green parts! I could use a full cup each of those 1x2 tan plates and the 1x1 gray with side stud. Quote
antp Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 I should have taken more of the bricks with stud... I hope they'll still be there next time I go to the store. Quote
Boettner Builds Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 I took an entire large cup of the yellows :) Quote

legoing Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 (edited) Signed up just to post this, I actually had more individual pieces but the lid sprung right back at me and I almost dropped the whole container luckily I only dropped the top stack of orange 2x3 bricks and they were easy to stack back in there. I think I did OK for the first time stacker. The suggested example asked me to stack 2x4's 3 high, but there was no way you could get that pass the register, so I stacked 2x4, 2x4, and 2x3 on highest ring. If I could do 3 high, I guess I could get 76 2x4 bricks and non 2x3's. Total 252 pcs, cost $10 including tax. I really love 2x4's but I wish they had 2x8's so I could just stack them on the first ring instead of 2 high 2x4's. Edited May 28, 2015 by legoing Quote
rbarnaby Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 Still waiting on my LEGO store to get those slopped green pieces, would be great for some MOC's. Last week my store had some dark bley boxes and some 6x12 green plates. I don't normally go for large pieces, but thought it was worth it. Quote
Darkdragon Posted June 7, 2015 Posted June 7, 2015 There were some cool parts on the wall today. At least, I was happy to see them. 1x1 round tile with eye print 1x1 cone (black) 1x2 plate (blue and black) 1x1 round plate (black) 1x1 modified plate tooth (bright light orange) 2x2 tile (orange) 1x2 jumper (lime) 1x2 30 slope (yellow) Also got some 4x4 plates to fill the cup studs and a handful of red flowers to top off one cup. Wow, that's a lot of eyes, what are you planning to do with those, as well as those orange tooth/ear type of pieces. I alwaus used those as fillers. Does anyone know where can I find lego storage bricks for less than retail price of unreasonable $30? Quote

I'm not sure yet but they are small parts that I had to order for projects before. This should save me from having to ever order them again. Quote
ReplicaOfLife Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 (edited) Went to the Lego store in Oberhausen, Germany on friday. Second time I was at a Lego store (there's none near where I live, unfortunately), first time I filled a PAB cup. Looking back, I kinda wish I had filled two, but I also bought the Kwik-E-Mart and spent a lot of money on Bricklink this month for a new MOC, so I felt that that was enough Lego purchases for the time being Here's what I got (one large cup): 64x light bluish grey tile 2x2 22x light blusih grey plate 2x12 22x light bluish grey slope 2x2x2 20x light bluish grey plate 2x2 15x light bluish grey brick 2x6 9x light bluish grey tile with control pattern print 3x light bluish grey slope 2x2 1x light bluish grey brick 1x1 1x light bluish grey plate 1x10 34x white grille brick 1x2 30x white jumper plate 2x2 2x white door 6x white 1x4x3 window frame 34x dark bluish grey brick 1x2 15x dark bluish grey inverted slope 2x2 2x dark bluish grey brick 2x4 1x dark bluish grey plate 4x4 33x tan log brick 1x2 15x tan tile 2x2 4x tan plate 2x4 2x tan plate 2x6 6x green bracket 1x2 - 1x2 6x green plant 3x green brick 1x4 8x gold cone 1x1 2x gold grille 1x2 3x trans-red cone 1x1 3x trans-red round brick 1x1 1x transparent brick without support 1x2 8x lime green brick 1x2 12x reddish brown log brick 1x2 8x black plate 4x8 395 pieces in total. Considering I got a lot of large plates and 15 2x6 bricks, I think I did quite well, even though I got confused during packing - I wanted to get more of the dark bley 4x4 plates and light bley 2x2 slopes, but thought I already had packed some of them in... *d'oh*. I also woud've gotten more of the black 4x8 plates, but the 8 I got were all that were left. Edited June 21, 2015 by RogerSmith Quote
