Bob Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 Strike that, the motel I'm staying at has sprung for Internet since the last time I was there...I will be able to play.
Jlblue Posted May 22, 2009 Author Posted May 22, 2009 I'll definitely be interested in seeing how this plays out... After all, I myself am running a bit dry on ideas, and I hope that this should refresh those ideas. (Here's your dead image, by the way)
Stash2Sixx Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 HAHAHAHA!!!! Lights out! LMAO. Nice one. I really hate you all for killing me off so quickly!
Shadows Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 HAHAHAHA!!!! Lights out! LMAO.Nice one. I cracked myself up with that one. I really hate you all for killing me off so quickly! Yeah, the bastards.
MagPiesRUs Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 Isn't this game of life set before the Original Trilogy? If so, what is farmboy Luke doing ordering us around?
Shadows Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 Isn't this game of life set before the Original Trilogy? If so, what is farmboy Luke doing ordering us around? It never seemed clearly specified, and in the pre-trilogy era, the Empire never would have negotiated with the rebels. I take the game to be occurring just after RotJ, but before the New Republic, while the Empire was still fairly strong but disorganized and potentially willing to negotiate. Let's be honest, why is either team involved? Clearly they're all a bunch of low level troops who shouldn't be negotiating the price of sand on Tatooine, let alone something important.
Hinckley Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 Can you give Stash a role in the rest of the game. Hopefully some sort of angry janitor. Or better yet, a different character every day-each one getting killed in some unnecessary way. I would be amused.
Adam Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 I'm sorry for my lateness in the Widanko voting, I was in bed all day with a horrible cold.
Natman8000 Posted May 24, 2009 Posted May 24, 2009 Does anyone know if Quarryman is at the event? I think he is. Maybe we should have him go on some journey, because he can't really play.
Hinckley Posted May 24, 2009 Posted May 24, 2009 Does anyone know if Quarryman is at the event? He is...
Shadows Posted May 24, 2009 Posted May 24, 2009 Looks like you people managed to attract the attention of the local media ... The whole story.
Shadows Posted May 25, 2009 Posted May 25, 2009 Day 4 has ended. Get your night actions in, or else, and stay tuned for a new and exciting twist as day 5 begins.
Dragonator Posted May 25, 2009 Posted May 25, 2009 Grand Admiral Volrik enters the room quietly, standing behind Pvt. Drake Knator. The private gets a funny feeling and steps back, bumping into the Grand Admiral who stands a good 6 inches taller than him. As the private looks up, a strange smell fills the room.Grand Admiral Volrik: "You are dismissed, private. Go change your shorts." Private Knator: "Sir, yes sir!" *runs from the room in disgrace* Bastard. I suppose I deserved that. The Grand Admiral is so scary!
Bob Posted May 25, 2009 Posted May 25, 2009 I...I really hope that I don't die tonight... I have a bad feeling about this...
Shadows Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 A new day dawns. Blood ran through the halls and there was no one left to clean it up. Day 5: Imperial ~ Rebel Special thanks to Pvt. Hincklina Ross for filming her own death and the guest appearance of Stash the Janitor.
Quarryman Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Special thanks to Pvt. Hincklina Ross for filming her own death and the guest appearance of Stash the Janitor. And what a brilliantly hilarious death scene it was Sad to see her go though
Jlblue Posted May 27, 2009 Author Posted May 27, 2009 You're running this far better than I was... By the way, all the "dead" avvies are up, so you can just change them by taking the normal Url and adding "_dead" after them.
Shadows Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 You're running this far better than I was... It's tricky, we'll have to see how it goes. By the end, I might get it so complicated that they'll all hate me. Oh yeah, they killed me, good old hot and loyal me. *puts up a sign* DANGEROUS CURVES AHEAD! By the way, all the "dead" avvies are up, so you can just change them by taking the normal Url and adding "_dead" after them. Excellent. Do you also have a non-dead for Widanko? His dead url is the normal live url. Thanks!
Stash2Sixx Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 It just isn't safe to be anywhere near Hinckley. I hope you have all learned that! I have died two times...in the same game? How the...what the........MEGABLOCKS! Nicely done.
Hinckley Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 It just isn't safe to be anywhere near Hinckley. I hope you have all learned that! I have died two times...in the same game? How the...what the........MEGABLOCKS! Nicely done. That reminds me. Thanks for your sig-fig head. It's come in real handy!
Shadows Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 It just isn't safe to be anywhere near Hinckley. I hope you have all learned that! I have died two times...in the same game? It's also the first game where one of the players went on to host and two filmed their own deaths. It's a game exploring new territories and destroying all the boundaries of the past. And the fun is just beginning.
Dragonator Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 And the fun is just beginning. But there won't be any rebel women to flirt with...
Shadows Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 But there won't be any rebel women to flirt with... I haven't seen you flirting with the woman you had available to you. Kinda figured you were a bunch of guys who liked working in close quarters with each other. The Grand Admiral almost ended up female. I mean, the character. I mean, I almost used a woman in place of the Grand Admiral. Yes, that's what I mean. Problem is, all the women were more vicious than the men in the Empire. And if you think I'm bringing in Leia, forget it. No more bun jokes.
