Zepher Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 Well, because Sweden wasn't born yet. And neither was Germany, Zepher. My face would like to apologize for my accent, but inform you that it will continue it.
Shadows Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Right, I'll be away whatever week you people decide to try to kill me. Just let me know in advance. My face would like to apologize for my accent, but inform you that it will continue it. That's a Swedish accent? I thought it was Russian...
Hinckley Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Right, I'll be away whatever week you people decide to try to kill me. Just let me know in advance. That's a Swedish accent? I thought it was Russian... German, doofus.
Shadows Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 German, doofus. German, Russian, whatever. It's a terrible accent. Ivan would not be the amused, though something about the whole thing has made him just a little interested.
Zepher Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 Hey. Don't be mean to poor Zaraih. She was hit on the head by a steel beam when very young. Her accent just randomly showed up after that. Seriously, your guys are on the other side! You really don't have to look at my posts! They don't really say anything to exciting
Shadows Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 Seriously, your guys are on the other side! You really don't have to look at my posts! Then how would we make fun of your accent?
WhiteFang Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 I thought one of the rules, stated by Jblue is to know both sides' converstations, even though we can't participate the other.
Natman8000 Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 I thought one of the rules, stated by Jblue is to know both sides' converstations, even though we can't participate the other. It is a rule. Unfortunatly, they are bickering over his petty hard to understand accent. Get over it folks! Is voting tomorrow night or actually friday?
Shadows Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 Is voting tomorrow night or actually friday? Since voting is by PM, it's whenever you want. Actually, it's always whenever you want in these games. In this one, it was stated that if one side finished voting earlier than expected, the other side would only have one day to finish up, so there could be some strategy in voting quickly and forcing the other side to do the same. Or not. It's hard to say how it will go.

Jlblue Posted April 23, 2009 Author Posted April 23, 2009 Just a reminder guys, today is the last day of the first day, so if you want to vote or say anything, now's the time.
Shadows Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 Just a reminder guys, today is the last day of the first day, so if you want to vote or say anything, now's the time. And girls! I haven't a clue who to vote for. Our odds would be pretty bad, so I would feel like we were being reckless if we convicted anyone today, unless someone knows something they haven't shared. I don't really think that's possible yet. I'm much more comfortable waiting for what information tomorrow may bring. I would say this, however. If you're in contact with someone by photon messenger (PM), you may want to ask yourself what that person could possibly know and if they're trying to influence you. I've heard that spies are notorious for gaining the confidence of their enemies by that method and would caution against trusting anyone yet, including me, of course. At this point, the only people who should have any information are the very spies we need to catch, and I don't think they're going to be turning themselves in to the rest of us any time soon, but they just might try to privately manipulate us. The Imperials are sneaky scum. Caution is the word!

And I'll try to tune don't the accent a little. Sorry Hinckley.
Dragonator Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Hi everyone, I'm back in case you hadn't noticed. Looks like I missed Day 1. Although I am a bit confused by the two threads and the fact we can't communicate with the opposite "side", I'm sure I will get used to it once I start posting. From what I can see, this is almost like two parallel games with the winning team being the first to eliminate the oppositions' spies, correct?
Bob Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Pretty much. You didn't miss much except for a dead traitor officer and alot of yelling over accents.
Professor Flitwick Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Do we HAVE to vote? Nothing really incrimanating really came up on the first day.
Jlblue Posted April 26, 2009 Author Posted April 26, 2009 (edited) No. Voting is only done during the day anyway, and the day is over. Edited April 26, 2009 by Jlblue
WhiteFang Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 In addition, voting has to be done, by sending Jlblue a pm, for whom you wish to vote for the day.
Jlblue Posted April 26, 2009 Author Posted April 26, 2009 If you don't want to vote, it would be far easier to send me a message saying Vote: No One or Vote: No Lynch or No Vote or what have you. Point is, if you don't want to vote, notify me that you're not going to vote. Makes it easier that way.
Ricecracker Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 When is Day 2 going to start? When Jlblue posts it
Stash2Sixx Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 It's your game, but I say don't wait; I like Hinckley's idea. You get an amount of time and if you don't get it in, then you have no night action. Keeps it fair for everyone!
Quarryman Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 It's your game, but I say don't wait; I like Hinckley's idea. You get an amount of time and if you don't get it in, then you have no night action. Keeps it fair for everyone! Agreed. Also, if someone for some reason doesn't want to use their night action (I did this a lot in Baritones 2) it's common courtesy to send a PM to the host saying so.
WhiteFang Posted April 28, 2009 Posted April 28, 2009 For those players whom have night actions, even if the players are not intending to use the night actions, it's still required to send the host a response. It's the same for voting.
