Posted April 15, 200915 yr Hi all, as a kid there was nothing but Lego for me but there were years thet I forgot about Lego. Recently, and I still don't know how or what brought me into these bricks again, I bought some Lego again :) I was very pleased with it and loved the new brown colors/pieces of the Castle range. Also those orcs are fabulous! Anyway nowadays I own pretty much all Castle sets available and the utterly famous Cafz Corner, also the Green Grocer and Market Street are connected to it. Amazing pieces of art! Seems like I came back into these Legos at the right moment.. Feels meant to be :scared: The Medieval Market Village is the set that made me start MOC'ing again ever since I was a lil kid. I broke every set I bought down (yes including the village! but that's only cuz there's a second one on the way...) and noticed I have quite a good collection of bricks to start with. All bricks are new cuz I don't have a single brick left from my childhood collection except for a couple big rocks, flowers and trees which come in handy right now. I'm not an super subliminal artist but I'm curious in how my MOCs will develep thru time and good advice. With that in mind I would like to present you some wips. First one is this 'Orcs End Passage' or something like that which I started yesterday in an inspirational vibe. I worked on it for an hour or maybe 2 and looks like this now, far from done tho So who's gonna save the maiden?! Second one is meant to become a diorama featuring all my ides in big Medival scenery, I hope I can pull this off... The very first bricks are placed :D And some things for later use... Some advice and imputs for the wips would be appreciated! Greetings from Belgium, Kevin (22)

April 15, 200915 yr Welcome to EB and what a great introduction! You might want to post your MOC in the History and Adventure forum so more people will be able to find it. Have fun . EDIT: Ah Zorro you already did it. Edited April 15, 200915 yr by Skipper 24

Have fun .EDIT: Ah Zorro you already did it. Well yeah I posted this thread there but it got moved to right here, so I opened a wipthread dedicated to the diorama only in the History and Adventure subforum now. Thanks for the warm welcome! April 16, 200915 yr Welcome, the thing that stood out to me in the MOC was the use of the tiles on the outside of the wall which I think looks fantastic. A very innovative use of the wheel as well.
April 16, 200915 yr Welcome to Eurobricks, I'm sure you'll fit in. Thats looking pretty good so far, I can't wait to see it in its finished. I quite like how you've balanced it out.
