Matn Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 This is my second entry for the Big Toy Hut LEGO Zombie Contest. There isn't a real story, I think it's pretty obvious. It's a kitchen, where a lovely housewife takes care of her zombiehusband. It includes a sink and an oven with an excractor hood. The chairs, as you may have noticed, are a design by the Brickshelf user mijasper. I would love to read your comments and thoughts about this creation! Quote
Guss Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 very very nice creation ! but.. how did you do the .. what is the english word for it .. tap ? the thing you turn to have some water! XD ( my english is so bad ) Quote
Skipper 24 Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 A great MOC Matn. The furniture looks really great . Guss, I think the Tap is an actual piece, the sink is just an arch on it's side. Quote
BlueBard Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 (edited) Hilarious vig! Nice detail with breakfast! But what's really amazing is that kitchen furniture. Bob Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Is that an actual bloody arm in there, or is it supposed to be something else? Anyway, wonderful job on this kitchen! Quote
Zepher Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Nice scene, spruced up by the sombie piece of it! The Rug's a little awkward and doesn't match the rest of the room, but the kitchen stuff is well built! Quote
Raven Brickroft Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 It's a good thing she's not afraid of him. I love the cupboard and the stove! :) And yes, I think the rug's a little off. Quote
prateek Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 i love the furniture and the appliances. that arm and cup of blood is funny Quote
Guss Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 Guss, I think the Tap is an actual piece, the sink is just an arch on it's side. He used this piece, here Oo I didn't know such a piece exists ! It have to be a belville thing, am I right ? Quote
Matn Posted April 17, 2009 Author Posted April 17, 2009 Thanks for the comments, I appreciate that! The rug is indeed a little bit weird, but it helps to bring some color in it. And I ran out of tiles. The tap isn't a Belville piece, the grey one came in a City firefighters set, a little one with one car. And I also own two white ones, which came in Harry Potter sets. They aren't only a Belville thing, but it presume they also use it there. Quote
---Vertea--- Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 (edited) Oo I didn't know such a piece exists ! It have to be a belville thing, am I right ? Actually, one also came with the LEGO Harry Potter troll set. Scratch that. 'Twas already said... Edited April 18, 2009 by ---Vertea--- Quote
