I have at least 300 mini figures and a couple of monkeys.

Brickset says 72! Most of them are from the modular buildings. (And I have some double ones I need to count and add to the statistic. So I guess I have around 80 figures.)

According to Brickset: 244 (I would give or take a few though).

Brickset says 908, but I know I own a few undocumented ones, so 908+ for me.

Well l, in my cupboard of built sets, 122. There is probably another 100+ in my tubs though.

Just wanted to say that after years of time and effort I finally hit 1000!

372 according to Brickset in addition to several more from BAM bins and miscellaneous stuff 

2900+ those are just from sets. I've custom made hundreds more...

I think I've reached just over 400 all in all including a few customs! A huge majority are Superheroes but I've also got a handful of Star Wars, along with some series (Simpsons 1 & 2, Monsters and Disney..). OH... and the German football team, forgot to include those chaps! So a little over 400 :).

Last time I counted, 272. Plus a lot of pieces. I do need to get some more hairs & hats.

My girlfriend has probably 50 or so.

Now Brickset reports I have 394 minifigures, yikes! Give or take a few of course, but that should be pretty accurate. 

According to Brickset, 850, so counting Bricklink ordered parts (for some mini figures in my MOCs), probably about 870 or so!

last time I counted was over 20 years ago, and I had 290 or so, so I imagine its closer to 1k by now.

I don't keep an inventory or catalogue, but I would guess about 600 - 700 in my display collection and a further 300 - 400 either assembled or in parts in my spares.

Without wanting to trigger a digression, it does beg the question of what counts as a minifig. Do bigfigs count? Skeletons? Brick-built robots? The new babies?   

I know this isn't close to accurate, because I have a bunch of extra CMFs and loose minifigs, but I think it's kind of interesting anyways.

According to Brickset I have 880... But I have some undocumented ones too so I'm guessing it is closer to 900.

Brickset tells me 1258, but I think it's lying. I know I'm not that crazy. 

Scrolling through this list, I last posted in 2013 and had less than 1400. I look at Brickset now 3 years later and it says 2272...so 300 a year or so. That sounds ridiculous! Good thing I've curbed my spending this year.

I actually have no idea because I have them in storage containers roughly broken into theme. 1 for pirates and castle that I mostly did as a kid. 1 for SW. 1 for City/CMF/etc. I would venture to say 300, but I could be way under.

1814-although not entirely accurate as I've bought quite a few, mostly Phase I clones, separately that I didn't record. My highest total is Superheroes at 193.

What few people realise is that minifigs are small, cute Autons. They're dormant now but will indeed be taking over the world when they are activated! Cue Doctor Who music...
