SirNadroj Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 A two-for-one! A hard hat diver encounters a bioluminescent beast six thousand feet under the sea. Second - meet Burpy! (The name is a parody on Burpee Seed Co.) Thanks! Quote
Natman8000 Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 Absolutely outstanding. You've outdone yourself again. That trans clear thing is really spooky and well built. Reminds me of a jelly fish. That helmet is actually a great idea, I might try it sometime. Burby is also really cool, it looks like a tv show character. I love how you made it look so organic. Quote
Perterz Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 Christ that deepsea creature is amazing, I'm getting a fair bit off inspiration out off these.. Wait, are those plants made off icescream?! Brilliant! Quote
Zepher Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 The first creature is fantastically done. I've personally thought you to be in a slump recently, but this has certainly pulled you out of it! That creature is... well... majestic, while still terrifying. Very nice. And a wonderful contrast from the second creature Quote
KimT Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 Christ that deepsea creature is amazing, I'm getting a fair bit off inspiration out off these..Wait, are those plants made off icescream?! Brilliant! My thoughts exactly. Awesome work Quote
Algernon Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Excellent job on that deepsea creature, it looks fantastic. Those are way more clear elements than I've ever owned. If only Aqua Raiders had been like that... there's a lot of mystery in the deep! The second one is kind of trippy. Looks like something I'd see after a few beers. Quote
Guss Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Burpy is Hilarous and very cool ^^ on the first one ( wich is really great too ) I just wonder.. where does the helmet come from ? Quote
BlueBard Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Those are amazing works, as usual, Sir Nadroj I really like the diver in the first one and the bio-luminescent monster is quite scary BTW, looking at all those yellow ice cream pieces I'm beginning to agree with someone who said you have probably TOO MUCH Lego pieces Quote
CastleLord Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Burpy is Hilarous and very cool ^^ on the first one ( wich is really great too ) I just wonder.. where does the helmet come from ? It's the Viking helmet in gold. Oh and great moc! CastleLord. Quote
