julencin2000 Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 (edited) Hello everyone. I've uploaded a video on vimeo.com showing off how the Emerald Night is built. Also, some photographs were made during the process. I hope you like it, it's dedicated to our spanish LUG, 'Hispalug'. Video: http://www.vimeo.com/4476189 Video with english subtitles: This One Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/julencin2000/...57617352496381/ The train was built this way: first the tender, then the car and finally the engine. The building guides are numbered to build first the engine then the tender and car, but I think it's better my way ^_^ Enjoy, and all comments are welcome! Edit: oops, I had a mistake in the title, it's 10194. Can I fix the title of the post? Edited May 23, 2009 by julencin2000 Quote
BlueBard Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 Very impressive video, and at the same time a wonderful review of the 10184 by the way Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted May 7, 2009 Posted May 7, 2009 Thanks for sharing. That's an enjoyable video, esp. considering it took me almost 4 hours to build (and still didn't get the wheels right). Added to Train Tech! EDIT: But I think you mean set # 10194 Quote

MarcusV3 Posted May 7, 2009 Posted May 7, 2009 Cool video, I would have been more interested if it was in english but I watched it anyway. Even though I couldn't understand any of the things you said about the emerald knight I still think this convinced me to like the train even MORE Quote
julencin2000 Posted May 7, 2009 Author Posted May 7, 2009 (edited) Thanks for the idea, MarcusV3: I could renderize it again but with english subtitles... Edit: thanks to TheBrickster for fixing the title (^_^)¬¬) Edited May 7, 2009 by julencin2000 Quote
julencin2000 Posted May 23, 2009 Author Posted May 23, 2009 In response to MarcusV3, I've processed the video with brand new english subtitles. Here: http://www.vimeo.com/4800538 Hope you enjoy it, dedicated to Eurobricks people ^.^ Quote
Yloquen Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 I'm not into trains or town, but this is, hands down, a great set. And a great review too, really gives a feeling of the build. Quote
