Justin Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 I really REALLY wish that they would open a LEGO Store in Ashwaubenon (a suburb of Green Bay), Wisconsin, at Bay Park Square, or in Grand Chute (a suburb of Appleton), Wisconsin at Fox River Mall . I'm surprised there aren't any out here in the state of Wisconsin yet. Oh you lucky Americans. How come there are none in Canada? They really need to open one at West Edmonton Mall out there in Canada, I agree. I think it would prove to be as successful as the one at the Mall of America. I know that most of the people on eurobricks are not from PERTH, AUSTRALIA but I really NEED a lego store right here in WA. If i don't get one soon I will problem DIE!! So Wonderful people of TLC PLEASE, PLEASE bring a lego store to Perth!! I hope you get a LEGO Store in Australia someday soon. Although these openings are useless to me, I can't complain because more Lego stores is undeniably good news, but we seriously need a Lego shop somewhere in the North of England as there are a couple down South and I can't afford to travel to Brghton every time I want to go to one Also, whatever happened to the Lego discovery/imagination centre that was going to be built in Scarborough, it just disapeared, and it would have been perfect too... It is good news. Although I wish they would open more locations in states like Wisconsin, or any other state in the Midwest. Hm, I'm only 40 minutes from the one Stonebriar Centre now! Better than the 5 hours from the one in Houston ~.~ The closest locations to me are in Chicago, Illinois, and Bloomington, Minnesota. They are almost six or seven hours away, unfortunately. Quote
Whittleberry Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 Yes, a LEGO Store in Australia would be very successful, especially if in Melbourne or Sydney. I need that PaB wall....and the opportunity to buy sah exclusives without paying for shipping. Quote
CaptainBrickBeard Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 Stonebriar Centre in Frisco TX opened today for those of you in North Texas. However, the official opening will be on Saturday morning. Quote
CP5670 Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 The Bridgewater, NJ store is reasonably close to me (30 minute drive), but I haven't been there yet. The PAB wall would be the main attraction for me, and they would need to have stuff that is not available on the PAB site. I wish there was a way to tell what a store's PAB wall has before you actually go there. I wouldn't go over there just to buy sets. Quote
General Magma Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 Aw, lucky! I wish we had one here in the Netherlands.. They REALLY gotta put one here or I will kill someone! Or something! Possibly a rock! Anyways, how big is that store? Quote

I was thinking about providing a list of the PAB selection that is currently available at the Stonebriar store for our online community. It wouldn't be hard for me to keep that list up-to-date in the future since I live so close to that location. I'll take some pictures and post them here over the weekend. Quote
Peppermint_M Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 Where does the information on new Lego Stores come from? I was just wondering because I'd like to know if any are opening in the UK, 'cos I keep seeing articles online about Lego opening more brand stores to sell direct to the consumer and was hoping this would spill over to near me (nooo, I don't obsessively google "news" the word Lego, no sir....) Kogyik Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 Hey you nut jobs in Ohio if you didn't see the post in C-C then here you go. Cicinnati store is open. They opened on May 21st. Their grand opening will be June sometime. It is quite small and the pick a brick wall only has a small assortment. Come on lego look at your sales history in the region from 80's through the 90's. It should show that this was one of your top market areas. Go to brcklnk and see all the Ohio stores. Quote
Luke McAwesome Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 (edited) I wish LEGO would open a store in Utah, maybe in Salt Lake City or such. Hey you nut jobs in Ohio if you didn't see the post in C-C then here you go. I don't think calling people in Ohio nut jobs is gonna want them to open a LEGO Store for you guys. gogglev Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 Hey everyone, Did anyone go to the Raleigh NC Lego store grand opening? I went this morning to check it out, it was day 2 of the grand opening and they were giving a mini lighthouse set out for the first 2 or 300 people that spent over 35 dollars. I got to the mall around 10am and the lines were already almost going outside the mall. I was able to get a few quick shots with my camera before the rent-a-cop told me I wasn't allowed to take pictures inside. Quote

If i don't get one soon I will problem DIE!! So Wonderful people of TLC PLEASE, PLEASE bring a lego store to Perth!! I'm from Perth as well mate and I totally agree with you we need a Lego store here. The best places to have this store would be Caresel, Hay street Mall, Fremantle, Whitfords, Innaloo, Morley, Midland, Joondalup, Southlands and Rockingham . Oh and Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide . Maybe there should be a petition to LEGO.com to try and get a Lego store in the 'Land of Oz' Quote
LegoDad42 Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 For any fellow New Yorkers, LEGO store opening end of June I believe (June 29th?) at Rockefeller Center, NYC (they're building a 15' tall LEGO red apple-the Big Apple natch') and then later in the year one at the Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst, Queens, NY (they haven't announced an official date yet for the Queens shop). I'm hoping to take lot's of pics at both. Brick NYC!!! Word! Quote
just2good Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 I saw on the LEGO Calender that there is a store opening in Miami, Florida on June 18th 2010. Quote
