I'll go for the Graveyard Duel - never liked those Meerfolk :| I think they look goofy ;) The Graveyard holds great bricks and even greater minifigs - black skeleton, green skeleton, the Angel of Death on a grave and several others - this set is a must have :oD :oD

Graveyard Duel all the way! Lots of interesting figures and parts and definately the most re-usable set out of the 4, as well as the most impressive.

Graveyard Duel is my favorite. I like the price especially because this should have been a 50 dollar set.(good deal)

Coming Close is The Durmstarg ship. It has a lot of pieces for castle.

I think I just like the green in this small set. Creates a nice atmosphere. City beneath the Sea or something.
