AwesomeStar Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 If you look at my current signature, you'll see the picture of my EBRP Character (the one in the hood) is much to large compared to the nice, avatar-sized picture of my Ditalini Character. While this is because the EBRP isn't quite the right size anyway, that isn't the problem (though if someone could do it for me, I'd be much obliged!). I shrunk it down on my computer and uploaded it onto BrickShelf, put it in the image tags and everything, but when I try to save it, I get a board message telling my BBCode is wrong, when there isn't, and believe me I've checked enough times. Help?
Sir Dillon Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 Could you please post the code you're trying to use?
Hinckley Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 Yes and post it between code tags: [img=url] so we can see it. Thanks.

Hinckley Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 [img=http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/AwesomeStar/Avatars/kiansmall.jpg] Works for me. Update: I fixed it. The problem wasn't with the URL, you were using <div> tags for some reason which won't post in a BBCode post.

Could anyone be so kind as to make it the same size as the other picture? ~A.S. Edited May 11, 2009 by AwesomeStar

Just stick the below image code into your signature and it will already be resized: [img=http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/uploads/av-3245.jpg]
VBBN Posted May 16, 2009 Posted May 16, 2009 No, the avatar stretched it. Hit PrtScn on you keyboard, go to paint or whatever program you use, hit "paste, and crop the avatar image, and save it as new. That will get it to full size for you.
